Enjoy a luxury and stylish experience at this centrally-located suite in DC. You will enjoy this space, complete with modern finishings, art, and colorful accents. 5 minutes from H Street, Union Market, Whole Foods, Target, Walmart and resturants. 17 minutes from Reagan Airport and a brisk drive to downtown DC. You will enjoy this suite in a 4 unit renovated building in a DC neighborhood with peace and tranquility. A luxury experience with a reasonable price!

The space:
Our apartment is bright, airy, and personal! It is perfect for a group of travelers or an intimate setting. Everything is BRAND NEW- modern kitchen, plush bedrooms, modern art, colorful accents, sliding glass doors in the bathroom, and peacefulness. You are equipped with a HD smart TV, Roku, high speed internet, and security alarm system. There is a Keurig coffeemaker for those who enjoy a cup of fresh coffee! One bedroom has a queen bed with a working desk and chair, another bedroom with a full bed, and a pull out couch in the living room.

Guest access:
There is a smartlock on the front door and also on your unit door with codes that will be provided before your checkin. Your apartment suite in on the first floor, so there are no stairs!

Parking in DC is scarce and this space is ideal for those ubering on the go. There is street parking in the neighborhood but you must read the signs to not violate parking zoning.

Other things to note:
Guardian alarm system

We do not allow parties of any kind in our home. If it is discovered that there is a party, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Also, we only allow up to 5 guests to stay in our suite. If it is discovered that more than 6 people are staying overnight, $50 a night will be charged per guest.

This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. If this house rule is broken, a $500 smoking fee will be charged.

Great neighborhood but extremely noisy upstairs neighbors.Reasonably close to GREAT Union Market, but 22 minute walk to Metro subway. Very clean, well maintained & furnished place. Very responsive owner. Looses a star thanks to upstairs and next door extremely noisy neighbors.

We had a great stay. The check in process was very easy with excellent communication from the host. The unit was very comfortable for our group and located within walking distance to restaurants and sights. Would stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed in mid-May for a two nights. The unit was easy to find and instructions to enter were straightforward. The neighborhood was nice and safe. The unit itself was clean with a nice living room/kitchen area, two bedrooms with comfy beds and a small bathroom that was more than suitable. We never heard any of the neighbors either next door or above us. We'd definitely stay here again on a return trip where we needed a two bedroom.

Perfection!

This vrbo was perfect! Walking distance to places we wanted to go, or a short uber ride. Nice neighborhood. Some kids a little loud at night but the parents addressed them eventually. Everything inside was so clean! Like others said, beds are a little low, but not an issue for us! It was perfect for our short dc visit, and the host let us drop off our luggage prior to check in when we flew into the dc early morning so we could sightsee that day without suitcases!

Family Vaca

Good neighborhood. Fast 12 minute bus connection to Union Station. Apartment as described. Modern and clean. Central AC. Well equipped kitchen. Small but nice bathroom. Beds comfortable. Only 2 chairs in kitchen. Beds and Sofabed very low to the floor. Friendly host. Parking no problem. Trader Joe's just 5 minutes by car. All in all a great place for our 4 day trip to DC.

Just as advertised!! Really good location and reasonable ride share rates from Ronald Reagan airpor

Met and exceeded our expectations! Clean, all the amenities, comfy beds, extra towels, well stocked kitchen and good location. The PM was very accommodating by letting us leave our luggage when we arrived early! I would stay there again. Thanks Christian!

Love DC

We had a great time in DC and this property served our purpose well. The apartment had plenty of room for the 3 of us, but, the bathroom is tiny, the sink in the bathroom is very tiny, the beds are low to the ground, nightstands are low and the sofa is low as well. We are late 50's, so sometimes that makes it hard to get up off furniture:). So it's decorated very modern. No matter, it served our purposes for our stay as we were really only there to sleep and get ready for the next day of adventures. It's very clean, which was wonderful. You can at times hear the people upstairs walking/talking, but it wasn't terrible. We didn't rent a car until the last night because we were driving up north. Parking is very tight on this street, so keep that in mind. There are a few homes under refurbishment, including one next door, so it was somewhat boarded up. There was a dead rat in the street one morning, but it was removed before we got home. This is not an indication of the property, just the neighborhood. It is very quiet and we slept well. The beds were comfortable. Make sure you stop for supplies. The coffee post is a Kierig, and there were only 5 pods, so make sure you bring your own coffee pods and creamer. We used the oven 1 night to warm up food and it was clean and worked great. Thank you so much for the hospitality and we can't wait to visit DC again. So much more to see.

Great Stay … Great Host

This is my 3rd time visiting DC …. My wife and daughter’s first time. The apartment was great and met all of our needs. Everything was remodeled and up to date as noted and was in mint condition. Only downfall was that it wasn’t very close to a metro train but Christian was upfront about that and let us know how to reach one. Regardless we ubered most days out and used metro when in city areas. Christian was very help and always gave great suggestions when asked! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

My friend and I stayed 6 nights in this apartment. Great place… quiet neighborhood, clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities. There are two bus lines a few yards away that enabled us to visit Washington attractions. It is certainly a place that I would recommend to any of my friends planning to visit Washington.

Perfect stay in DC

Christian checked in on us throughout our stay to see if everything was okay and to advise us about parking regulations. He was genuinely interested in making sure we were happy in the apartment, and we were! The place was spotless and well equipped. When we come back to DC, this is now on the top of our list. Amazing!

Look no further. This is the place you want to be. The host was beyond kind, the home was lovely, and if I ever come back to DC this is where I will be staying. I enjoyed staying at this home so much I would flex my travel dates if my preferred dates were not available. Communication with the host was 10/10 & the inside is just as cute as can be. Really can’t say enough great things. Thank you again!!
