A charming suite. Loved strolling around this neighborhood. It's a comfortable walk to the Capitol and there's a great neighborhood cafe just a few blocks away. Would stay again!!

Nicely appointed for a basement apartment. I felt secure with the gated door which I could lock from the inside when I came in, I could hear the gentlemen walking upstairs, in the late evening and early morning but that is to be expected in a basement apartment. Just to be forewarned, I heated some water in the tea kettle on the electric stove and before it could boil, the smoke detector went off. The ceilings are low enough, so I could reach the reset button. To be on the safeside, I used the microwave to heat the water the next morning which worked fine. I did not have the check out procedures until later in my stay, those indicated that the recyclables should be separated out from the trash and both taken to the bins behind the home, Unfortunately as it was late in my stay and in the evening, I was not able to find the alley to get to the bins. It was noted that the owners would be fined if recyclables were in with the trash, so I took the glass and plastic bottles I had to my sister's home to discard.

This place was conveniently located for our stay in D.C. It was clean and well kept. We appreciated having what looked like a new set of laundry washer and dryer. The owner was very responsive and communication was easy.

Cute English basement apartment on a quiet residential street, close to the H St NE corridor. Some quirks (swivel tv between bedroom and living room) and some fantastic features (shower with multiple heads).

The neighborhood was quiet, and having available parking was a huge plus.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. The space was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything I needed—including thoughtful touches like condiments in the kitchen. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The neighborhood was quiet, and having available parking was a huge plus. I've stayed in a number of places in D.C., and this one easily makes my top 3. Highly recommended.

DELIGHT is a great description. I had a wonderful stay. I loved the location close to the venues I visited. The property is spotless and well appointed. I loved the cozy bed, the swivel television and the heavenly shower. I found a game that I played as a child and enjoyed playing it. Sorry my stay was short so I didn't use the available patio, dishwasher and washer/dryer. I'll be back!
The tv swivels from living room view to bedroom view. It has Roku and you can sign into your streaming accounts
Games included! Love this one!
I slept like a baby. Cozy and quiet.
OH The side JETS! The HANDHELD! The RAINFALL shower head and even the REGULAR shower head!! (Yes, all 4!!) Sooo relaxing!
