It was okay. Smoke detectors kept going off for days, then when they finally did want to fix it, it was 8:30pm and they seemed annoyed that I told them they could do it after we checked out the next day. The day previous to that we had also messaged them about parcels that showed up(couch, in several boxes. The next day more boxes showed up making it nearly impossible to squeeze through to the door. Overall home was nice and as described. The real down fall is poor communication with their team, wanting to send them over at 8:30pm.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the home nice and as described. When you brought the smoke detector and package concerns to our attention, our team promptly offered assistance that same day and followed up with calls to coordinate the necessary repairs and secure the packages outside. While our technician was available that evening, we understood and respected your preference to have the work completed after checkout.  We take guest concerns seriously and always aim to provide timely assistance. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify our efforts to address these matters.

Amazing home

We were just astonished at the home even though we had seen the photos. It was spacious, comfortable and the perfect choice. We were able to be close to everything and have all the extra amenities. Vacation Alchemy was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again. Highly recommend

An unforgettable and magical stay

During my stay it was raining and we still had a unforgettable time. There is so much to do inside this home! My highlight was the fire place were we made amores! Every room is simply magical. I would say the only critic there are two bedrooms that don’t have themes. I went with all adults and we all agreed we had wish those two rooms had also themes. The amount of detail was incredible! And the host responds super fast!

Wow house!

This house has a real wow effect. The theming is wonderful from the Encanto room, the Harry Potter bus room, the 101 Dalmatians, the Beauty and The Beast room, to the Jurassic Park game room upstairs. Everything was just like the photos and in great condition. We stay at lots of houses and this one had more than the normal amount of kitchen supplies which was wonderful. Everything you needed for cooking. In addition, the host was extremely responsive. I got a message every day and when I responded, they responded back within an hour or so. Highly recommended and we would happily return

First impression was great! The upstairs was what pictures showed all bedrooms and bathrooms where great. The down stairs is really getting used couch had stains and rip, frig needs replacing wish there was two for so many families. Stove and micro need updating. One negative the kitchen really is not stocked for large families. There were no board games extra linen or blankets. They need to update their amenitiy list. The washers are both not working condition one was ok and the dryer in garage needs looking at also. There are two tables which is great but once again used and abused. The pool area was wonderful but grill not usable and would have been nice to know because of paying for new tank. That being said the location , the water park and size was great.

Home was disappointing for our group overall. We chose it based on the listing photos and the expectation that there would be plenty of space, but the reality didn’t match the pictures. The carpets were noticeably worn and dingy, and the general cleanliness of the rooms—including the pillows and linens—left a lot to be desired. The house was also very minimally stocked. While basic linens and towels were provided, there were no small essentials that typically make a stay more comfortable—something as simple as coffee filters was missing. The grill was another frustration, as it did not come with propane and required an additional fee to use.We visited during a cooler time in Florida and assumed the pool would still be usable, or at least that the hot tub would be heated. However, we learned that heating either required an extra charge. We paid an additional 204 to have the pool heated, but unfortunately, it never worked properly during our stay. I spent hours communicating with the host, and after several days, a technician finally came out—only to inform us that a part was missing. The pool remained unusable until late afternoon on the day before we left. This was especially frustrating because we were traveling with eight children who were really looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. We had planned for those amenities to keep them entertained, so we had to quickly find alternative activities.I would also recommend paying close attention to the location. Very far.
