Gulf Gate 507 is recently renovated and is waiting to be your home away from home at the BEACH! Come stay right on the beach! Gulf G ate is located on the desirable East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew's State Park! Gulf Gate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums and every condo is just steps from the sand! Unit 507 has breathtaking views and is the ideal place for couples and families to make memories in Panama City Beach.

The Gulf front master bedroom has two queen beds with an adjoining master bath. You will love the over sized custom tile shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a million dollar view of the Gulf. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

The pool (seasonally heated) is partially covered so when you(or the kids) have had enough sun but want to enjoy the Beach the pool area is perfect. Lounge chairs and tables for your use are located in the pool area as well as two charcoal grills.

Gulf Gate is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulf Gate have numerous amenities : Internet/WiFi, private beach access, swimming pool and grilling area!

Pet Policy: 1 dog allowed for an additional $100 non refundable fee.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

EXCELLENT CONDO AND LOCATION!

The location was excellent and just minutes from restaurants and attractions. This was our second stay this year in this unit and we were thankful it was available. Looking forward to scheduling the same unit for our spring trip. This unit is in high demand - book early! You won't be disappointed!!

Simply Amazing!

We absolutely loved staying at Gulfgate 507!! The condo was clean and the location was perfect, so close to everything! Loved how easy it was to access the beach. Would definitely rent this condo again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We have stayed at 4 other condos at Gulfgate and this condo was by far the best! Perfectly furnished for adults and wild toddlers, well-kitchen to cook every night in, clean, comfy beds and furniture & loved the layout for our family's needs. The manager was friendly when we needed to contact her & helpful. The entire property is great for little kids with the pool being fenced & the beach being close and so easy to access (being able to carry a sleepy, cranky toddler to the condo without trekking a mile is key).

A relaxing retreat at a wonderful Condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to book online; pleasant, competent folks to work with; and a great place for a vacation. My only reservation was the couch had a pretty strong pet odor. (My wife would not sit on it.)

Needs some updates and repairs

Unfortunately we had a broken toilet for a day, a clogged shower that had water sitting high in the tub for almost 2 days, and the dishwasher broke as well so we had to wash dishes all week. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were updated. Pool was nice and location was great, just wish we had working appliances and such.

Needs attention

Upon arrival AC was out and had to go 24 hrs until fixed. Place not clean and rugs were filthy. Next couch and loveseat need replacing and patio furniture needs repair or replacing. Washer dryer not working sent repairman but was not fixed while we were there. Also pool not heated as advertised.

Rental management scheduled appliance delivery on Sunday morning after I refused to deal with it.

Delivery left mess in the floor i had to clean up and they damaged the floor. Rental mgmt did not reschedule this for after our stay as i wanted. Area rugs and floors were very dirty. Exhaust fan in bathroom and balacony light didn't work this year or last year.

We will not return

What a disappointment! We paid for a premium experience and were very disappointed in the Gulf Gate property. It was very dirty on the outside. Far from a premium experience. This was supposed to be a pet friendly environment. However, there were no true pet facilities, only a small patch of sand to use for toileting. Both dogs ended up with burrs on the paws and body. It was very dirty on the outside and is in dire need of fixing up. Our condo had been remodeled, however, was lacking many necessities. Very cheap cooking utensils. We had to buy dishwashing liquid, we were left 2 dishwasher pods for the whole entire week, there were no trash bags, we had to go buy our own, the toilet paper was one ply, and fell apart when you used. There were many disappointments in this facility for the price that we paid to stay there. The only thing that wasn’t a disappointment, to me, was the fact that it was on the beach and we had a beautiful view. Other than that, we will never, ever stay at Gulf Gate again. We usually stay in Destin, where we will stay again next time.

Great Location

My family stayed at Gulf Gate 507 during the week of July 4th and we really enjoyed our stay! It was our first time to come during the holiday and there were many firework shows down the beach and was beautiful! The listing was very accurate. The beds were comfortable and living room had plenty of room for all 7 of us to sit. The condo has a beautiful view of the gulf and we enjoyed sitting out on it drinking our coffee and watching the sunset in the evening. The condo is close to the beach, so it was nice to be able to go back and forth if we needed to. We brought our own canopy and chairs, and it was nice that our truck was so close, we just kept everything in it overnight and didn't have to haul everything up in the elevator. There were a few beach items in the hallway closet that are free to use if you need to, so that was nice. My teenagers really enjoyed the pool. Since it is under the building, it was nice and cool to jump into after being out in the hot sun all day. We cooked our own meals most of the time, but did venture out to a few restaurants that were in driving distance. The kitchen was stocked with most things that we needed. There were a few things missing, like pot holders and a colander. Also, the ice maker didn't make much ice, but not a big deal. Overall, it had everything we needed. My teenagers get bored in the evenings, so it was nice that Emerald Falls Rec Center was so close. They loved riding the go-carts, mini golf and arcade.

Not a stay that I expected

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On check in day, I was left clueless. Went to the office at Gulf Gate and tried checking in. The lady informed me that she didn’t know anything about unit 507 and all she does was gave parking passes. I requested two passes. One for my vehicle and one for a golf cart. She was very hateful and disrespectful when I requested parking passes. Then when asking her where I needed to go to check in because the door code that was given to me through email from y’all was wrong. Nobody would answer the phone when I called nor did they respond to my emails in a timely manner. I had to end up driving to the Emerald Coast location on Enterprise Dr and all doors were locked. I finally got in through an employee entrance and was finally able to locate a worker after having to scream into building several times. She informed me that I was given the wrong door code. Then I went to the condo. The condo was nasty dirty, sand and crumbs all over the floor. When I requested housekeeping service, I received the same hateful response from the Gulf Gate office lady. It was far below what I had expected for a vacation stay especially for the amount of money I had to pay. And to add, I and my family got stranded on the elevator 4 different times during my week.
