Here Comes the Sun - Beautifully Renovated Ocean Villa! Just steps to the Beach!

Welcome to "Here Comes the Sun" Ocean Villa at the popular Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort! Our villa was renovated (August 2020) with new flooring, new appliances, new queen sofa sleeper, dining set, and a fresh coat of paint! The villa includes a luxurious queen size bed with 2 nightstands in the bedroom. The bathroom has been updated with a new vanity, toilet, and all new flooring (2017). The kitchen cabinets have been painted and a new oven and refrigerator have been installed. Here Comes the Sun has the upgraded "open bedroom" concept to allow more room to move about the condo compared to other one bedroom ocean villas. Two smart TV's - 32" (bedroom) and 43" (living room) - have been added for you to enjoy streaming services. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. Have an infant or toddler? Our condo comes equipped with a pack-n-play, highchair, infant tub, and umbrella stroller for your convenience.

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is located mid-island and is one of the few true beachfront complexes in Hilton Head. The resort is full of amenities which include the largest beachfront pool on the island, a second smaller and more private pool by Admiral's Row, Jamaican Joes Tiki Bar, and an ice cream/snow cone stand conveniently located between the pool and the beach. Beach & Tennis Resort offers 12 lighted tennis courts (4 Pickleball), a playground, grilling area, 2 restaurants (CocoNutz Sports Bar & Gator's Pizza & Wings), on-site gym, bike rental on site, and laundry facilities can be found in each Ocean Villa building.

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm with Check Out at 10:00am
-Daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. The villa is cleaned prior to arrival and stocked with 8 sets of towels, fresh linens on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissue, dish soap, and paper towels.
-Our unit is personally owned, and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa and contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (Full Resort Policy)
-Rental guests must be 23 years of age or older or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11PM for special needs or emergencies.
-STARTING AUGUST 1, 2019: Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort now charges $25 PER gate/car pass. Each pass is good for your entire stay, but please keep this in mind if you will need more than 1 pass. Each car will be required a pass to enter the resort.
