Stone's Throw 25 is a lovely and well cared for bright home with a lofted ceiling over their well appointed livingroom. It's two bedrooms are located on the main floor with a queen in the master and a tri-bunk in the second room. With a shower bathroom nearest the second and an ensuite bathroom for the master, it's ideal for a small family or two couples with extras able to sleep on the tri bunk or sofabed.

* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
