Four Seasons Biltmore Inspiration

Biltmore still Closed. No prob! Charming Estate Guest Quarters completely to yourself, with tennis court, pool, and beach trail on grounds. It is rated 5 star for a reason-- Have your coffee on your own patio and enjoy the classic Biltmore style architecture and gardens that surround you. This truly is resort paradise living.
Even enjoy a massage on property! Hiking trails and horseback riding on the beach , polo, and restaurants, wine tasting, shops all 5 minutes away. You deserve this!

Set on a beautiful 5 1/2 acre groomed estate grounds, the Guest Quarters, which is under the same roof as the main house, but has its own entrance. It is private and a completely separate flat with a stocked European kitchen with full sized appliances. The double French iron doors open up to a hand carved Santa Barbara stone fountain full of koi fish and a patio to enjoy al fresco dining. The view is expansive and lovely. There is a filter RO device on the water spicket and cold filtered ice and water in the refrigerator door. There is a soft water unit supplying soft water for your showers. Beach towels are available for beach goers. Trail to beach is a beautiful 15-20 minute walk along a stream. Shutters can be closed for black out morning sleepers or open to see the fountain feel the ocean breeze and enjoy the garden. The sounds of birds and water will make you relax instantly, and if that doesn't, light the fireplace and cuddle up with a selection of pods of your favorite coffee, or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
Plush 100 % Turkish cotton towels and bath amenities supplied. Bedding is fine linens to ensure a wonderful nights sleep. High Speed WIFI, Flatscreen TV and multiple Cox tiers, especially when you are so excited being here you can't sleep or you are too sore from your tennis match!:) Truly Paradise! Note:16 percent Bed taxes are separate as VRBO does not collect them for Santa Barbara County for some reason so we have to. Pool and tennis court are sometimes shared ( limited to two other guests) unless reserved privately for an additional fee, please inquire.

The perfect getaway

The property was gorgeous, intimate, and quiet! Cynthia is an amazing host who went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay. Wish we stayed longer, the gardens and fountain areas were so magical.

Relaxing Stay Near Santa Barbara Wine Country

We came to stay in the Montecito area to relax, have some good meals and taste wine for a few days before heading to the Indian Wells tennis tournament. This is a lovely, well maintained cottage in a beautifully manicured private compound. Felt like we were staying in a 1 bedroom bungalow at a nice resort - complete with fluffy robes, towels tied with ribbons, nice toiletries and a lovely treat basket - highly recommend!

Simply Superb Sanctuary!

We were warmly greeted upon arrival by our host along with a chilled bottle of wine and welcome basket of delicious goodies. Property was gated and the grounds and landscaping were magnificent…so incredibly beautiful! Short walk or drive to a secluded beach. Restaurant referral was top notch! Thank you so much, Cynthia for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Will definitely stay at your lovely villa again!

Beautiful property

The property was even more beautiful in person; it felt like an oasis. I enjoyed the tranquil private setting which gave way to total relaxation. Montecito and Downtown Santa Barbara were easy to get to in just a quick short drive. Cynthia was a gracious hostess and easy to communicate with. It was her priority in making sure I had a great experience in which I did.

Nothing short of paradise

This was the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at. It felt absolutely luxurious. Incredible expansive gardens, gorgeous pool, beautifully appointed living spaces that were fully stocked with everything we could need. But more than all of that was the incredibly gracious and thoughtful host, Cynthia who made us feel so special and welcomed. We will be back.

Lovely get away

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! From the moment we drove in, we could tell that this was a very special place. Cynthia is a wonderful host and greeted us with a lovely basket of goodies and a bottle of wine. The unit was very beautiful and very clean. The unit is adjacent to the main house, but feels very private. The property is stunning with a lush garden, beautiful pool and tennis courts (which we used every day). The location was great, an easy drive or medium walk to the beach, easy drive to Montecito, Santa Barbara, Summerland, etc. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to go back in the future!

Winter get way

This property exceeded our expectations. Cynthia was the best host! She exceeded our expectations and her care to detail was amazing! The location could not have been any better. You are tucked away in the most beautiful and well cared for property. It is very close to restaurants, beaches, hiking and shopping in many surrounding coastal towns. She is available for any advice on suggestions for your trip if you need. We wish we had more time to enjoy her beautiful property. We will definitely be returning for a visit! We highly recommend Cynthia’s beautiful property!!!

Over The Top!!!

Stop reading & go straight to “Book It”. A perfect vacation week. The property will take your breath away. Acres of palm trees, flowers and rolling lawns. The guest house is everything you could want. Very comfortable in every way. The best is having morning coffee on your private patio & listening to the birds singing. Very private accommodations. The pool area is lovely and the tennis court is ready for a match. But I saved the best for last. Cynthia is the best host I’ve encountered on VRBO or anywhere. From the initial booking to the wave goodbye she made sure everything was perfect. A beautiful and lovely lady. Will definitely return but for a longer stay next summer!

Best trip ever!!

If I could give Cynthia and her breathtaking property 100 stars I would. We have traveled many places and rarely stay at the same place twice but we will definitely make every attempt to come back next summer. The villa and the property are absolutely beautiful and clean! From the moment of our arrival Cynthia had placed a lovely bottle of wine and a yummy dessert on the table waiting for us. She truly has a gift for hospitality and makes every effort to make your stay amazing.We enjoyed a couples massage on the property that was wonderful. Really and truly, our stay exceeded every expectation. Cynthia and her husband even lit a fire for us by the pool one evening and provided us all the fixings for smores! Do yourself a favor and book this property ASAP! Cynthia will take wonderful care of you! Thank you again for hosting us! We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely location, lovely property, amazing host

We were looking for a place in the Santa Barbara area and hotels are just insanely overpriced right now. Found this booking on VRBO and gave it a shot. From the moment I booked, through check in and our stay, the host Cynthia was an amazing communicator. She asked if we had any preferences or if it was a surprise crisp occasion, I told her it was my birthday and my wife preferred almond milk (no dairy). When we arrived there was a lovely birthday note, a bottle of wine and a couple slices of birthday cake. And when we opened the fridge, a carton of almond milk! It’s clear Cynthia has a background in hospitality because she is wonderful at it. The property itself is incredible, in an amazing, secluded location. It sits on 5.5 acres, has a pool, tennis court and a trail that leads to the beach. Our 1bd unit was nicely appointed, immaculately clean and very private. Compared to the Bacara or others, I would choose this property every time. I highly recommend Cynthia and her property, we will definitely be returning!

The property and host deliver.! :) We have never received anything less than 5-star for a reason. We go above and beyond. Since my expertise is in hospitality we do it right. A suite like this at either the Miramar or the Four Seasons ( if it were open) would have a rack rate of 2100 and the same Tot and Tbid taxes due.

Resort style accommodations in a resort setting. You can't beat it whether it is a two night or a weekly stay, you will enjoy the accommodations and all of Santa Barbara abundance, since it is perfectly located between the worlds safest beach, Summerland antiques, Montecito posh and Santa Barbara shows and restaurants.
