Beachfront Generations Beach House sidder roligt på det urørte sukkersand i Carillon Beach, Florida. Det store private hjem med gæstehus (inkluderet) har 6 soveværelser, 6. 5 badeværelser, 2 fuldt veludstyrede køkkener, 3 opholdsarealer, 2 fronter balkoner og privat reserveret strandservice fra 1. marts til midten af oktober. Generationer sover 15.

En af Floridas mest prisvindende strande, Carillon Beach er et eksklusivt lukket kystsamfund på over 100 hektar kun 15 minutter fra Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

Alle gæster er velkomne i de 3 Carillon svømmebassiner (2 sæsonopvarmet), fuld størrelse basketballbane, tennisbaner, legeplads med legeplads, græsplæneområder og gratis koncerter. Spis, shoppe, motion (fitness, yoga, cykel, husleje på paddle board) og brug den fulde service salon og spa i "Downtown" Carillon - ca. 2 gader fra Generations.

Generationer har en fantastisk udsigt over Golfen. Gæster har privat balkonadgang direkte til stranden og til "Strandhaven beliggende" 6 chaiselongestolde stole med parasoller (marts til midten af oktober). Yderligere lejestole er tilgængelige. Gæster kan maksimere deres strandferietid ved at have deres hjem lige på stranden.

This is a beautiful house, right on the beach and stocked to the nines with everything you need for a perfect vacation. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is top notch. Do yourself a favor and book your next vacation stay at Generations.

Beautiful & Perfectly Located

This was our second time staying at Generations - and it was just as perfect as we remembered! A great space & layout for our extended family which includes 12 people ranging from 3 to 80. You feel like you're at the beach even when inside with the huge windows & expansive view. We were constantly down at the beach or pool when not sitting out on the decks. Everything was so easy!

Amazing house

The neighborhood is cute, but a little quiet for me. But the house is amazing. The master bedroom deck was so perfect. The lower deck was also perfect beach view. Seconds and you are in a chair by the ocean. The kitchen was wonderful. I was amazed at the pots that were all clad. Nothing cheap. And the house was well maintained. We will be back.

Great house but needs some TLC

House was a great size and clean upon arrival. Could use some deep cleaning and repainting - fabric side chair in family room is stained, kitchen counter is cracked, cabinet paint is in bad shape in master bathroom and the lower level bathroom and "bedroom" really need updating. Note that the oceanside patio is narrower than at other houses in Carillon, so you won't be able to put more than 3 people around a table and there are no couches, just tall, hard chairs. The location is very close to the pool which was nice. A/C is strong and kept up even in the late afternoon.

Lots of fun, hassle free!

My family and I had a great week! We really enjoyed the easy beach access, the daily chair and umbrella setups, the soft sand, and the convenient outdoor shower. The house was super clean and everything worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the outdoor grill. So nice to focus on fun with the family and not have any accommodation issues at all!

Perfect Birthday Getaway!

Our group of 9 had a fabulous stay at the Generations House! The house had everything we needed and the community is amazing! We enjoyed walks every day and played a little pickleball at the community courts! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook both nights in. The guest cottage was perfect as well. We will certainly be back soon!

Birthday celebration

It was such a fun birthday celebration with good friends! The house is amazing and so fully stocked! Carillon is a perfect location. We had a great time playing tennis, pickleball and walking the neighborhood. I would definitely stay again without hesitation!

House was everything I hoped for! First time to Carillon Beach and we’ll be back for sure. We had 10 adults and 6 kids (5 months to 5 years old). The house being on the beach was so convenient. House was updated and very clean.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The pictures don’t do the place justice. It was beautiful in person, in the cutest community and in the perfect location! We couldn’t have had a better time. This house is right near the beachfront pool, which was a huge bonus, and we enjoyed walking to get pizza and ice cream in the neighborhood! The appliances and kitchen equipment are top of the line, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, the bathrooms are so nice (nice deep tubs), and they have tons of floaties and toys for the beach. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier! Definitely recommend.

Family Holiday At The Beach

Three generations of our family from across the country met for a week at the Generations home. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for the 10 of us. It was a great house in the perfect location. All of of the amenities were as advertised! We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful for family and friends

Our family of 5 stayed in the guest cottage and we had everything we needed. It has 2.5 baths, a washer and dryer, and very comfortable beds. Our friends stayed in the main house. We loved how they are connected and have a large table for everyone to gather in the main house. This home is in a perfect location and we can’t wait to come back!

Best Family Vaca

We had a fabulous time!!! We have been coming to Northwest Florida area for 29 years with our family. This house was in the top 3 of best homes we have stayed in, but it is #1 for their management. Owner Ken, and manager, Helen saw to our every need within minutes of contacting them before, during, and after our trip. Anyone who rents homes knows it is VERY important to have good management. We absolutely loved this house & went ahead and reserved it for next year. It was plenty big for our party of 10 adults. The view was breathtaking off the balcony's. The kitchen had everything you could need. I brought a bunch of stuff from home like sharp knives, extra skillet, spices, etc. and didn't need any of it. The Keurig was a bonus as most rentals don't have that. We didn't need to buy any tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. It was all provided, and I'm talking name brands nice soft stuff, not that single ply sandpaper. They provided high quality bed linens and ample towels, and the beds were extremely comfortable. They provided all the things you could possibly need for the beach, and I'm talking new beach chairs on top of the 6 that are provided. Beach towels are all you need to bring. Everything in the description of this property is accurate. In fact, the house was nicer than the pictures showed. We had never stayed in the Carillon Beach community. We have stayed all up and down the 30A area, and the Carillon Beach community is by far the quietest, most secluded, cleanest area there is. It's a tiny Rosemary but with out the congestion. They pick up trash everyday but Sunday, so on our morning walks, there's no stinky trash. It was also amazing how secluded the Carillon beaches were compared to other beaches with public access. That was the best bonus! The guest house was perfect for the 3 adult kids. They could make all the noise they wanted & not disturb the old sleeping adults in the main house. We rented a golf cart for the week. It was fun tooling around in it to the pool, for a cup of coffee in the cafe or for a pizza, to go listen to the Carillon Bells at 8 pm, going to the pool, or just taking a cool ride at night. A Publix and Winn Dixie are literally a 5 minute car ride away. The lady who cleaned the houses did the absolute best job & I’m picky!!! Both houses were spotless. We are already looking forward to next year!! Thanks Ken for being the best host!!

Perfect family vacation spot

Great location for family vacation. Beachfront property near swimming pools and village center. Everything you need provided by hosts. Close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach for an outing but no need to leave the community. Planning on returning next year

Perfection!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our time at Generations. A perfect spot on the beach where the gulf views permeate the indoors as well. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a family of three generations ranging from 77 to 7 months.

Great Location and amazing property!

There were 11 of us that stayed at Generations during our Spring break. It was even better than what the pictures online depicted. Our weather was iffy, but it did not matter as we were steps from the beach, had pools to choose from, bikes, a few on site restaurants and others close by as well as Panama City and golfing near by as well. We will be coming back for sure and have recommended Generations to many others.

Perfection on the beach⛱

This was the perfect place for our growing family. The beach was perfect! Even though the first few days hurricane Ida limited beach time for us there was plenty to do inside to keep the kids entertained and happy. We will definitely be back!!!!

This house is perfect. Beautiful, clean, well taken care of - and in a beautiful location!

The house and property is beautiful. Even better than the pictures. Booking, check-in, and check out were all super easy and convenient. We had groceries delivered by Lois and are so thankful that was an option. The beds are so comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is ahhhhmazing. Everything is in great condition and well taken care of. Couldn’t have been better.

Beach Bliss

This was our annual family beach week, and we had a blast! The location is fantastic. The house is large and well maintained. It came with six fixed beach chairs, plus they had a number of portable chairs and an umbrella you could take down to the water if you like. Lots of parking We love the Carillon community. 30A is fantastic, but the traffic is a major drag. Not a problem at Carillon! All the pools are within easy walking distance. Private access to the beach. The house is well decorated, but not overly so (as is the case for many beach homes we have rented). There is a spiral staircase to access the bottom and top floors, and that's not for the mobility impaired. Also, there is a "public" (that is, the Carillon public) walkover next to the house, but that was never an issue for us. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely rent Generations again.

Getting up early to see the Sunrise over the Gulf & to walk right out onto the Awesome White Sand Beach any time of day or evening. A private balcony to sit on and view the beautiful Gulf Waters of Carillon Beach. Make family memories crab hunting by flashlight at night, stepping off your balcony to play in the sand and build sandcastles, hunting for unique seashells, biking along scenic 30-30A's recently completed bike trail all the way from Carillon to Santa Rosa Beach.
