WALK to Broadway, Honkey Tonks, Bridgestone Arena. Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Tootsies and the Ryman. FREE secure parking spot and FREE wifi. Enjoy a stylish experience at this incredible, centrally-located, condo.
We are in an urban area close to the the sites and sounds of the city around us , so those noises will be heard during your stay !

Please note this building is in the very heart of Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.
We strive to deliver a wonderful stay and experience on everything we can control within the apartment itself to ensure you have a fabulous time in Nashville!

I'm close by and happy to help should you need anything but I try to give you your space to enjoy your stay !
We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.
The building is secure with access through our door system Latch with I will give you access to prior to your check in date it is an app with your email . If you do not have a smart phone I can generate you a code to do manually .
We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath
1 bedroom is a Queen
bunk room is 1 full bed and 1 twin
3 bed is a full sofa bed
The full bath is in the hall just off the kitchen and living area .
We have 1 secure parking spot in the gated garage additional cars may park in the open outside lot and there are a few visitor spots in the lower garage they are first come first serve. A fully stocked kitchen with coffee and water .
There is a patio to lounge on and have your morning coffee or your evening cocktail as you watch the boats go down the river or the city skyline at night.
We are in urban downtown Nashville , .5 miles from Broadway you can Uber Lyft , Hop on Hop Off Trolly , Scooter , Taxi or walk to most anything !

Great place to stay

Eve 303 was great! Very clean and modern with comfortable furnishings and all new appliances. High end bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, handwash in the bathroom and kitchen. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. There were giant windows and a balcony overlooking the river and train tracks. The check in process was very easy. We downloaded an app sent to us by the owner to open all doors/garage on property (all entry points are locked 24/7, making it very safe and secure). Just make sure you have your phone with you and it is charged or you cannot get in. Our app access expired for some reason in the middle of our stay, but with one quick phone call to the owner, she had it up and running again within 5 minutes. The location of the condo was great. Far enough away from Broadway that you don't hear all of the noise, but close enough to walk back and forth every day. There is a walking path along the river from the condo straight to Broadway. The only downfall (which the owner of the condo has no control over) is the amount of homeless along the path, making it a litle uncomfortable at times. Instead of taking the path, we cut up to 2nd or 3rd street each day (which was full of construction, but felt safer than the path). Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Eve 303 and the owner was terrific!

Excellent property

Condo was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of restaurants. I thought it was closer to broadway but not really within walking distance. But overall a great place to stay

Great Space and Location

Took my family to Nashville as I was attending a work conference. the location was close to everything for walking or easy access to highways for further destination. Host was responsive and made everything easy, from check in to check out. We loved watching the river from the big window and balcony every night as we relaxed from long days.

Great location

You cannot go wrong with this location. It is a short walk to Broadway and Germantown. Even manage to walk to Marathon motors. We ate breakfast at another broken egg. I parked my car at the condo and we were pretty much were able to walk everywhere. The condo was tastefully put together and very spacious. I would definitely recommend it.
