Hey Krystal, we are pleased that you loved the cabin, but am disappointment you gave us 2 stars for something you were aware of a month prior to your arrival. Our photographs depict Starr Scape on a mountain with beautiful views. We enjoy hearing from our guests once they book. A month prior to your arrival, we had a conversation about the mountain in writing and the road's condition. We assured you that it was indeed a mountain and that it was suitable for driving, without the need for a 4-wheel drive. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to meet you again, perhaps in one of our other 5-star cabins in the Smokies.
