Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th Thursday - Sunday $800
Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th Monday - Wednesday $700
Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $600
Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $400

All major holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.

Dawg House was established in 2022, this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom is located in the Concan Country Club gated community, giving you close access to the Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course and House Pasture Cattle Company. You will be able to enjoy the hill country sunset from this home. There is a propane and wood/charcoal grill under the outdoor patio. This home will have two separate living areas in the home, one is the main living area in the home, and the second will be upstairs with access through the outside of the home, giving your family guest access to a separate bedroom living area and bathroom. This home will have a room for everyone to enjoy, allowing space for 22 people to enjoy. Let's just say this is going to be the only time we will all enjoy being in the "Dawg House."

Linens & Towels Policy
To help keep the cost of your rental down, we offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We also offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If you want to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Linen Rental Pricing
King, Queen, & Full beds: $24 + tax per bed (includes two towel sets)
Twin beds: $12 + tax per bed (includes one towel set)
(towel set includes wash cloth, hand towel & bath towel)

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided in the home.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
* Starter pack (includes 2 trash bags, small dish soap, dishwasher soap, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom)
• Coffee filters
• Daily garbage pick up service

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper

2026 Concan Family Trip

Unfortunately my booking was cancelled 24hrs before check in due to the recent flooding in the area. I was instructed by the rental agency not to travel to Concan due to safety concerns related to the weather. The rental agency has offered to reschedule, unfortunately due to our group of 18 it really isn’t a suitable resolution, we had this trip planned 6 months in advance to allow our children and grandchildren to all come together in one place for fellowship. Luckily we were able to acquire different accommodations at the last minute where we could all come together. Unfortunately as a result of the flooding and host cancellation we are responsible for the cost two bookings, one of which we never even checked into, not just one as we had planned. We pray that all in the Concan area are safe and that the area is able to recover from the flooding as fellow Texans you are in our thoughts. God Bless ( All ratings related to the property were marked 3 stars only because we never stayed at the property even though the booking on our end shows that we did)

Only thing is that back room stays warmer than rest of house, so at night it's a little uncomfortable. Great space for several families staying together. Good location except the 14 speed bumps from the entrance to the house...lol. Already booked again for next year!

Reviewer Comments: Love locación, brand new home very confortable and beautiful but shower in upstairs bedroom had no hot water 😔 door in main bedroom did not close, leak in main bedroom roof, owner did not open garage, had to take every single thing, from toilet paper, paper towels, soap for everything distes, hands,shower because they do NOT provide ANYTHING not even sheets first time this happens🤷‍♀️

Hello Adriana, I'm sorry your stay was not what you expected. However, due to the severe freeze that occurred the evening after you checked in you were asked to run the water so that the pipes and tankless hot water heater would not freeze. According to the plumber that came out to repair the damage caused to the tankless heater, that was not done. He stated in fact that had the hot water been left at a trickle, the tankless heater would not have been damaged, and there would have been hot water throughout the house. We manage over 40 homes, and this was the only home that had an issue during the entire duration of the freeze. At the time of booking, all guests are given the option to save money by bringing their own sheets and towels. If they choose not to as you did, they can rent them from us for a nominal fee that only covers the cost of having them professionally cleaned. Other management companies do not give that option and actually add that as a mandatory charge in addition to the rate advertised for the home. Great house, bad luck!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house, but had bad luck with it. We didn’t have consistent hot water the whole stay and had to share showers or take cold showers. We also had a refrigerator go out and had to go buy ice and pack everything in coolers and in the casita fridge to save our groceries. They did bring a spare fridge the next day. The hot water was temporarily fixed, but didn’t last. The igniter was messed up so it was just luck if we got it working. I spoke with the front office and someone was supposed to call because I had asked if we could have some compensation for the I convinces, but we never heard anything. The house was designed very well and we loved the open concept and the pool and hot tub. This is a house would love to revisit so we are hoping you have better luck next year.!
