Amazing Location

We loved the location and it was literally steps to the beach. The views were amazing and the open front porch was perfect for watching sunsets. It is right on the boardwalk so there was a lot of activity and good people watching. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again.

Location +++!

Great location and nice place-needs some maintenance-door handle falling off of front door, continual chirping from smoke detector and no internet 4/5 days. All good though!

Great location

The location is truly perfect. Basically on the beach and we could walk to so many restaurants. However, we do like to cook to save money and there were no baking pans, cutting boards, larger pots, and only one small frying pan that had a handle. The larger frying pan was broken. The beach chairs were camping chairs so we ran out and bought cheap beach chairs that could recline a bit. The wifi did not work the entire trip which wasn’t a major issue to us because we were off work and on the beach, but it was a little frustrating when our service was spotty. Make sure you empty the humidifier bucket whenever it says it’s full because it does get quite humid since it’s so close to the water. Overall, would stay here again!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!

Condo was as pictured and clean. But the location was perfect!!! It sets just a few feet off the boardwalk and maybe 20 feet to the beach. The lanai was perfect for "people watching" and in our case, watching hurricane Nicole come in. The Margaritaville stage was only a half a mile walk down the boardwalk (with free entertainment several nights a week), along with shops and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The owner, Robert, was easy to contact and very helpful anytime we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.
