Fantastic

We loved the Cliff. The building, grounds and pool area are beautiful and well-maintained, very secure, and provide private access to a gorgeous beach that is never crowded. The unit was fabulous, well-furnished and supplied with everything you could possibly need. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and huge deck cannot be topped. We appreciated the host, who contacted us proactively to arrange key access in advance (making check-in a breeze) and responding within 10 minutes the one time we had a question. We would definitely choose this property again.

We loved staying here so much! The owners were very easy to communicate with the entire time. They even met us at the property and showed us all around the grounds and all of the amenities. The grounds are meticulous and the sunsets and views are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

Cliffs at Cupecoy was gorgeous. Convenient to airport and quick drive to well known beaches. We really enjoyed the beach front service at Kala Tua as suggested by Matt the host. Recommend!!

Breathtaking Oceanfront Unit

Most beautiful condo we have ever rented on St. Maarten. Matt, the owner, is very accessible for any questions you may have during your stay. The 24 hour front desk concierge and security is a major plus! Matt provides 3 beach chairs and an umbrella which is another major plus! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely be going back next year!!!

Our Happy Place

What can I say but a beautiful, wonderful place and experience! We stayed for the month and loved every moment♥️. Matt is very responsive and we were happy to be on the first floor since they were replacing our elevator! Love you is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable Rich I am thankful for. Steps from the pool and steps from the beach. What more can you ask for? The people at the front desk the in-house restaurant and the entire staff are wonderful and I couldn’t ask for better people or better facilities! The gym is state of the art, and was utilized by my son who is a retired bodybuilder. Our unit was very comfortable and I highly recommend booking this one!

Family Holiday/Reunion at the Cliffs

We had a total of 8 adults and 8 children (ages 5-15) staying in a total of 4 different condo units at the Cliffs. Our unit was in very good condition and was well supplied with disposables (soap, paper goods, laundry pods, etc) . We also had a good supply of kitchen equipment for almost every need. Beach supplies(towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, cooler were also available. Some of our children’s units were not as well provisioned or equipped. Would confirm included amenities before finalizing rentals. The pool & beach were great and mostly not too crowded. Good, reasonably priced restaurants within short walking distance. Restaurant on site is lovely, but somewhat pricey. Car rental is very reasonable, but roads and traffic are sometimes challenging. Taxis are readily available and generally charge $10pp for most island locations. Overall had a great vacation & would recommend renting from

Wonderful Stay Cliff SXM

The Cliff property is beautiful well maintained property. Matt the host was very responsive to all our communications was very helpful with info. The apt is very spacious in an elegant full service building- with private security and parking. We loved the large comfortable space for our family of three. Elegant high end home with ocean view and pool view. Was great to also have a restaurant inside the building. Next time i will use the amazing gym and inside pool. We loved the SXM and this place. Hope to be back soon. James NYC

Amazing St Maarten Trip!

We had the most wonderful week in St Maarten! Location, location, location! The pics do not do this place justice. Matt, the owner, was helpful and kind. He gave us excellent tips and checked to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We cannot wait to return and would select this place every time. It had everything we needed. I read the reviews before we selected and someone mentioned the beds. No joke! They were very comfortable! Amazing! The facility is clean and safe and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Amazing! Mario’s, restaurant on property. was top rate! We also found a spot not far away, Mama’s Restaurant, that served great Italian food. The host recommendations were also excellent and we ate at our favorite spot from a previous trip. All amazing! We began and ended each day in the pool! Amazing view! View from the porch, also amazing! Thank you, Matt, for allowing us to share your little slice of heaven! We’ll be back!

F1 @ The Cliff-Incredible!

Our stary at Cliff F-1 was spectacular. From the moment you open the large patio doors, you’re hit with vast amounts of blue from the Caribbean Sea, the cobalt hued pool and the island of Saba in the distance. The glamorous pool and its lounging areas are relaxed and unique with even more stunning sunset views. Each bedroom offers privacy and perfect comfort (ohhh the beds) with outside space to lounge and enjoy our morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing any meal with plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space, but why? The Maho and Cupecoy areas are less than a minute or two away, offering numerous dining, casino and clubbing options. The island’s best-Mullet Bay Beach is a short five minute walk, for plane spotting at Maho Beach it's a quick five minute drive and Mullet Bay Golf Course is right nearby. The little things: Wi-Fi was fast and uninterrupted, large screen media in the living and bedroom, check in was quick, the gym is spacious, there’s even an indoor lap pool. Parking is ample with 24 hour gated and manned security. Our stay was perfection, soon to return.

We look forward to staying here again.

The property looks exactly as in the pictures, with a beautiful view of the infinity pool and the ocean (my favorite part). It's within walking distance to 2 grocery stores as well as many restaurants, including Italian, Chinese, French, BBQ, etc. It's located in a gated building with security and that includes the parking lot. We felt safe at all times. The facilities as well as the unit were very clean. Communication with Matt was always easy, fast and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Ocean Views

We love the Cliff. We have stayed at the complex more than 5 times it's always a great stay. We found the apartment old world charming. The owners were extremely responsive to any concerns we had with the property and the apartment. The view from the apartment is beautiful, including the new infinity pool that was just completed. The staff at the Cliff is also very friendly and helpful.
