We love staying at this house! It was our third visit there and just as good as the first! You cannot beat the ocean views from the house, coupled with how quiet the street is.

We agree with you! The view is amazing. One of a kind! I’ve been in 100’s of homes on Fripp and this one has the most unique views! I love to hear about the sea life people see swim and float by! Dolphins are fun to watch, as they come by almost daily, but to catch a huge sea turtle float by is a definite treat. We appreciate you commenting on the cleanliness. We started out as a cleaning company here on the island back in 2006 so Cleanliness is so important to me! Thanks for staying with us. Come back when you can. Kathy.

This home has a fantastic layout for a large group. It's well equipped in the kitchen, and also has a lot of beach supplies which I didn't realize until we got on the island (boogie boards, wagons, bikes, etc). You simply cannot beat the views that this house provides either! It's on a quiet street, which makes it that much better for enjoying the island.

Location was excellent. Limo cart was great. House is older and shows some wear but is a great location and has comfortable beds.

Thank you for staying with us! We appreciate your review too. This amazing house was built in the year 2000. Most of the “wear and tear” come from that gorgeous, one of a kind, view! Yes owning a home on an island means much more upkeep than a typical inland home. But a home directly by the ocean, you would be amazed at how often things have to be replaced and painted. Just the outside light fixtures need to be replaced every couple of years. As a matter of fact, we are replacing all of the windows and doors in April. And guess what, even thought our upkeep is considerably more than most, we wouldn’t trade it for anything. It is magical sitting and watching the ocean from the living room and back deck. Just amazing. Come back when you can, Kathy

The view of the ocean was outstanding. Condition of the house was good. There were items that were dated but functional. The description of a king bed was not accurate. It was a queen bed. Overall very pleased with our stay and the host was responsive in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to family and friends

Pet friendly, all rooms were clean beautiful view!! only thing i would add is the bikes are probably pushing to be replaced and a couple of the beach chairs as well (all in normal use from multiple people) overall we loved the place!

This is such a beautiful home on the ocean. We will definitely be back. The home had everything a person would need. LOVED the golf cart & so did my grandchildren. We took the golf cart to the beach and pool daily. In the evenings we would take the golf cart to get ice cream, and watch sunsets. The home is very spacious & our family had plenty of room. I really appreciated everyone having plenty of bath towels. I have stayed in several vrbo’s and there is never enough bath towels. Also the home provided plenty of beach towels for everyone. I would recommend this home for anyone. The views are priceless. We saw dolphins every afternoon/evening from our deck. Our family created a lot of memories from our wonderful experience at Fripp Island.

My cleaning team curses me but I just think it's super important to have a comfortable amount of towels. And I am shocked at how many rentals do not include a beach towel. We had an amazing time in Fripp. We will definitely be coming back and look forward to staying at this house again. Beautiful views, great location on the island, close to the Ocean Pointe golf course on secluded street. The property managers were great with communication, the house had plenty of room, and recommend it to anyone with large groups.

Lovely time

We enjoyed our stay here! Super clean, very comfortable beds/linens, all new kitchen gear (incredibly well stocked for the cooks out there!) and such a nice view. The onsite manager and owner were very responsive - we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous property

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The home was lovely and the view amazing. Great wildlife viewing with multiple dolphin visits daily. We hope to return soon.

Stay at Fripp

Had a great weekend out at fripp at this house. Everything was perfect, cleanly, and views were great. We played golf and it’s minutes from the course. Host was very responsive to all requests.

Fripp Island ocean front stay

The views all around the house were exceptional! Mixed in with all the wildlife present on the island was amazing to see. One thing we were not expecting, was to be able to see dolphins swimming from right off the porch. The house was very comfortable with spacious rooms. For bigger families to eat together. Overall it was a great visit!

Kitchen was equipped for everything we needed. We used the golf cart a lot and it was very comfortable and easy to use. Very big for all our family and friends. Ceiling fan wasn’t working on the bottom floor with the double beds and some switches in there was not working. When we were arriving and trying to check in at the gate of Fripp Island we had some problems with not having our names were turned around then finally we called vrbo because we couldn’t get our host to respond and the guy from vrbo couldn’t reach her then finally she said she had sent the names to the gate and then said she would send them again. After that incident and we got into the gate the trip went well and we made lasting memories. The beach house was beautiful. Thank you

We determined that your names were at the gate the whole time but the guard just overlooked same. From the moment you sent the message on Vrbo to the time you were through the gate was a total of 7 minutes. We do mention that if we don't respond immediately to text us as sometimes calls do not go through depending where we are on the island. Also all of the fans and switches work in the house. There are directions on how to work the switches as there are two sets of switches and if one side is up the other side needs to be down. If you stay with us again, please send a message if you have questions about something not working properly. I have a team of people who would love to assist you. Thanks, Kathy

Family vacation

Great location, loved Fripp. Nice house but lots of broken things - door jambs, ice maker in fridge, some doors didn’t lock, dresser drawer, nails protruding on outside steps.

I think the ice maker may have been user error as it has worked for everyone before and after your stay. We tightened up the dresser drawer, and hammered a couple of nails. But You did fail to mention that you damaged the garage door and the golf cart. Not a pleasant find and quite expensive to repair.

Family Fripp Trip

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The property was amazing! Fantastic, fully stocked house with amazing views! We had a few small issues that were handled quickly and efficiently!! Communicant with the hosts were quick and timely! Would definitely recommend this rental for a large group!

Breathtaking Fripp House

Best view on the Island! House extremely well equipt with literally everything you need! Just pack your clothes and enjoy! Gourmet kitchen with every gadget you need! Will definitely be back! Host was amazing and quick to respond!
