This space is perfect for groups looking to experience the best this city has to offer.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is reserved for your group’s exclusive use and enjoyment. For your convenience, we offer keyless self check in with a confidential access code. The safety of our guests is a top priority, please note, we do have on site security in the lobby and a lobby attendant on site available to assist you, if needed. We are at your service, our around the clock guest services team is also just a phone call away.

The Neighborhood:
Unbeatable Location - Less than a 10 minute walk from the French Quarter, WWII museum, and the Superdome, The Moderne’s Central Warehouse District location puts you in the middle of New Orleans' best attractions while conveniently steps away from grocery stores (Rouses and CVS ~1 min), chic restaurants, & coffee shops. This walkable neighborhood has so much to offer, with no shortage of bars and restaurants, including Harrah’s Casino (12 min) and Bar Marilou (3 min).

Getting Around:
You will be a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter (3 blocks), and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
