Pelicans Landing is a unique Gulf-front retreat near the Belle Fontaine beaches, offering breathtaking sunrises, spectacular sunsets, and star-filled nights. Escape the crowds and unwind in a peaceful coastal setting where the sounds of the waves and the sight of soaring pelicans create the perfect backdrop for relaxation.

Enjoy your morning coffee from the upper deck or one of the spacious back porches while watching pelicans dive for fish, dolphins swim by, and boats cruise along the coastline. This distinctive three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath octagonal home features an open-concept living area and panoramic water views from nearly every room.

Although tucked away on a quiet stretch of coastline, Pelicans Landing is conveniently located just 20 minutes from several vibrant downtown areas offering beaches, shopping, dining, and nightlife. Biloxi's casinos, harbor, and attractions are approximately 30 minutes away. The property is also ideally situated for day trips between New Orleans, Louisiana, and the white-sand beaches of Pensacola, Florida.

Horn Island can be seen from the back porches and is just a short boat ride away. Guests have direct access to the water for fishing, kayaking, and other water activities. Please note that there is no beach on the property for swimming.

There is ample parking available for multiple vehicles and boats.

This was our second stay in this beautiful home. The house is comfortable, clean and the view is awesome. We watched sunrise ans sunset from the porch. It's a great place to watch pelicans, herons, egrets, eagles and dolphins. The new pier is very nice!

We traveled with four adults to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. This home was very spacious with an open concept living space, extra large yard, gorgeous kitchen, and stunning water views from every deck and a huge dock! Everything featured in the photos and property description was exact. Home was clean and in great shape. Beds were super comfortable. We had a wonderful trip and would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location.

The house was super clean and comfortable with all the amenities you will need. The beds are very comfortable. The view out of the 360 windows is priceless. And it was so relaxing to sit out on the porch and watch the moon rise each night. The owners were helpful and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome time during our stay. The property was beautiful, location was breathtaking and the check in process was easy. I had brief issues with the internet connections and the grass was not maintained during our stay. All said, it was a great experience. Thanks

Wonderful home with a beautiful view!

We loved this house and the views of the gulf! We watched the sunrise from the deck every morning and sunsets every evening. We watched dolphins, pelicans, gulls and an eagle. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our small Christmas tree too. It's a short drive to downtown Ocean Springs and Biloxi. We'll plan our future visits to Ocean Springs around the availability of this house.

Great water views

We absolutely love Ocean Springs and this is the best beach house for views of the Gulf. It is well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the laundry room. The living areas are cozy, and the beds are comfy. The grounds are beautiful. We were here in Apr/May and returned for our 2nd stay 5 months later. Thuy was our host, and she is amazing! She answered our phone calls and questions quickly. When the cleaning service found something we forgot, she promptly called us and mailed our forgotten package. We will be back again!

This is a MUST STAY!

Thuy is an amazing host and her place is beautiful and so relaxing. This is not a beach home as it may appear on the pics but a gulf view thats not suitable for swimming but maybe fishing. It’s fun to relax on the back porch and the Master bedroom deck and watch amazing sunsets, and see dolphins and sea gulls. The home is older but well kept and tastefully decorated . It is well stocked with pots/ pans and lots of seasonings & toiletries and extra bedding. This home has literally everything you need.We did not visit the beach since we were on a working -staycation -but you won’t miss the beach as this home is fun and refreshing without ever leaving the property. Lastly-this home has lots of steps and all bedrooms are upstairs so it may not be suitable for persons with mobility issues. Thuy was a responsive host and I highly recommended this home!

Spectacular views!! We loved this place so much we stayed a couple of extra days. We enjoyed everything about it; the beds were comfortable, ample supplies, and the kitchen had everything we needed, just an all-around great experience! It is about 20 minutes from the "downtown" area of Ocean Springs, with shops and restaurants. This was perfect for us as we wanted to be off the beaten path. Delivery and Ubers are still available here, which was appreciated. If you're looking for a great place to relax and enjoy some magnificent water views, the sunsets are just stunning, this is your place!

My husband and I have worked and traveled to many countries around the world but the Mississippi Gulf Coast has always been a special place in our hearts. I grew up in Biloxi, MS, and worked at local seafood factories during the summer throughout my high school years. I have been away from the Gulf Coast since 1989. Coincidentally, one of my husband's previous work assignments was at Keesler Air Force Base. We both love the area so much that we decided to move back for retirement. While we are working our way back home, we are sharing our home with others to enjoy phenomenal views of this house, Southern hospitality, abundant fishing, shrimping, and crabbing.

Our property is situated on over 2 acres. with an amazing view of the gulf. The house is perfect for a family vacationing or working remotely to enjoy the gulf breeze or wildlife.
