AMENITIES -
Our home is just over 1800 sf with large outdoor areas, hot tub, outdoor dining, fire pit, charcoal grill, kayaks, beach chairs, and covered parking.

The property features, 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. **1 king, 2 queens, 1 bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. “Gulf Coast Getaway” can accommodate 8 people comfortably. No “nook and cranny”sleeping here. Soft, quality linens are provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Open kitchen and living areas with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. A fully stocked kitchen includes an automatic drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, hand-mixer, can opener, an array of cookware and bakeware, and a glass top stove with a rapid preheat oven. Plenty of seating available in dining, living, and bar areas.

Living room and all bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming services and free Wi-Fi. NOTE : please be advised that while we offer free Wi-Fi, we cannot control service interruptions.

Full size, energy efficient W/D, ironing board w/iron, and pack and play (pack and play upon request)

Keep YOUR things and OURS free of sand, as you leave the beach, with a shower and foot faucet (beach level).

Catch the sunsets by the fire pit or maybe you would like to grill. Enjoy our covered charcoal smoker/grill area.

We are a short drive to downtown Ocean Springs. Just a few more miles and you are in the heart of Biloxi- Casinos, nightlife, and lots of entertainment for the whole family. Dining options span the spectrum of casual beach side, BBQ, sushi, pizza, to fine dining. Several restaurants are within walking distance of each other. Many local restaurants offer delivery. DoorDash and Uber eats are readily available. This area is surrounded with a plethora of golf courses, barrier islands, water activities, charter fishing, and nature and bike trails! **Information will be provided in amenity section, and in our welcome package. We also provide a list of eateries and local activities for our guest upon arrival.
