Very lovely place

Great place to relax, very quiet and beautiful place. So far my favorite place on the beach!! This was the best VRBO.

Relaxing retreat

Wanted a place on the beach where we could enjoy the sounds and sights of the waves rolling in and this property suited us perfectly.

Cute house for Girls Trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse for our annual adult girls trip. It was the perfect amount of space for us and the proximity to the water and privacy were just what we were looking for. The area was super nice and it was close to a Dollar General which we appreciated. About 30 minutes to the casinos. We picked a rainy week so we did drive into town several days. We would come back to Ocean Springs!

Family Fun Time

Since our family is from 2 different States, we take an annual Family trip. We have never been to Mississippi before & totally enjoyed this beautiful home, listening to the waves from the deck, the surrounding activities & trying different restaurants. We even made a trip to New Orleans, marking off bucket list to do's! Thank you for sharing your home with others so we can relax and enjoy our time away from the busyness of life!

Unexpected

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Suggestions for future tenants.. Needs fans/TV’s in guest bedrooms Would be convenient to have extra key outside for back door for unexpected emergencies. Better access from beach to concrete patio under house. Would be nice to have a grill on concrete patio under house Need sharp knives in kitchen for cutting/peeling Guest bathroom tub/shower backed up twice while family attempting to shower/brown sludge Grout coming up from in between tiles in some areas in the house Thankful for screwdrivers available to tighten kitchen chair legs, we’re about to come off bottoms. Really need an Allen wrench that fits to tighten. Cleaner beach area would be helpful for entry into water. Lots of debris from “older home” in water and glass found. Overall, nice accommodations

Awesome beach house.

The home was awesome. Only problem with the stay was that it wasn't long enough. Grandkids had a blast. Thank you for offering this wonderful house.

Nice house, great private location

2nd time in the area, great location which is less travelled, offering a more private experience. House was exactly as listed and communication with host was quick and accurate. Recommend for family stays.

The Lighthouse Stay

The Lighthouse was very clean and spacious. We loved the private balcony and beach. The area was very peaceful. You could enjoy the sound of the birds and waves without being disturbed by traffic. It was the perfect spot to recharge your energy and inner peace.

This property was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The area was quiet and secluded, the house was clean and well equipped. If you want a touristy area you have to drive but if you want tranquil this is the place.

Amazing

Pictures did not do justice to the house! House and view was beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful as well. There was more debris in the water than expected but no need to complain about it because we still swam in it! I would like to request dolphins for next time (just kidding, but seriously) hehe!! Honestly, 10/10 experience. We had a great time and a very peaceful/relaxing time away from working. Thank you for all the hospitality, the house was more than we expected! Much appreciation from 3 girls in their late 30’s from Indiana :)

Beautiful, serene beach getaway

Everything about our stay was perfect. Smooth check-in, responsive host, great amenities, comfy beds, washer/dryer, gorgeous decor, the list goes on. Highly recommend booking this stay! The only thing that surprised me (and this has nothing to do with the host or accommodations) was that the water wasn’t clear. I didn’t do my research! The water was warm and calm, with a private beach. Some debris still washes up from Katrina, but with some water shoes for the first few feet in, it was not a problem. There was a dolphin that we saw every morning like clockwork. So amazing!!! We took a little excursion to Ship Island while we were there. The water around the island was pretty clear, and loaded with Mantra rays and dolphins. Absolutely gorgeous. Perfect family vaca, could not ask for better hosts.

Peace and Quiet

Morning coffee on the deck watching the dolphins was amazing. Being the only ones on the beach everyday was so relaxing. It was like our own private beach house. The only downside is not being able to swim at the house. Nearest swimming beach is about 20-30 minute drive. So relaxing.

Come Again!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this beach house! The pictures online do not do this place justice! Love the open concept and there was plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the private beach, and even had dolphins swim up within 10 feet of us! My favorite part about this house was the back patio - could've sat out there all day! We will def be back!

Amazing get away!!!!

AMAZING vacation home!!! The pictures online do not do justice! House is updated and more beautiful in person!!! Tons of space and you can’t beat the view! There were dolphins right by the house! Only down sides were the kids wanted to swim but there was to much debris from past hurricanes and the jelly fish were CRAZY!!! So unless you had water boots it wasn’t really water to swim in! The kids had a blast catching crabs though and enjoying the deck! You can always drive over to downtown ocean springs to swim! Which is what we did! The water was a little discolored coming out of the tap but we all showered with no issues! Just bring lots of bottled water for drinking and cooking if your paranoid at all! We will absolutely booking this rental again!!!!! Owners were quick responding and very kind to everything we needed!

Most peaceful vacation in a long time.

Property was like something out of a book. It was enjoyed by all and we will definitely be booking again. The photos do not do the house justice as it is much large then photoed and much more beautiful. My husband has never enjoyed the beach and he actually ask me this week when I was booking again as he is ready to go back. Keep in mind this is a private beach and unlike commercial beaches it is not swept daily of debris but you can easily overlook as the peacefulness is nothing like we have experienced before. For us it was a 10/10

This is our 2nd time in ocean springs..first stay at this house .. but we absolutely love it there.... everything is wonderful the community the people we always feel welcomed ... thanks for another great year❤️
