Directly on the gulf with fantastic beachfront views that are impossible to beat! Boasting a pool, Gulf-front/Gulf-facing balconies, and a short drive to the Destin Commons for all the shopping, movies and dining you'll ever need. Take a stroll to one of the gulf side surf shops or cafes for some Destin memorabilia or a cup of coffee! Units on the second floor offer lovely gulf views and easy beach access!

One bedroom (king suite) 1.5 bathroom with bunk nook in the hallway and queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Crystal Beach is home to colorful classic-styled beach cottages, intimate condominium buildings, white picket fences, meandering sidewalks and quaint eateries. This community is family-centric and here, the unwinding is easy! But don’t think excitement isn’t on the menu though as this area features the Destin Commons – home to upscale shopping, multiple dining options and venues ideal for entertaining the entire family. Additionally, two of the most highly rated golf courses, Kelly Plantation and Regatta Bay, are just seconds away. Crystal Beach is a wonderful location due to the fact that it’s directly between Downtown Destin, and Miramar Beach. Head to Downtown Destin to explore Destin’s historic harbor district. You can see all the fresh catches coming from the Gulf, and dine at the locally owned restaurants along the harbor to get a taste of the wonderful seafood Destin is known for. If you head east to Miramar Beach you will find Silver Sands Outlets. Silver Sands is the largest outdoor outlet mall in the country. Perfect spot for the shopper in your group! Also check out Baytowne Wharf for a fun time the whole family can enjoy. Baytowne offers dining, activities for the kids, and a couple of bars if the adults would like to grab a drink. The wharf has a fun New Orleans vibe.

Beautiful view from second floor

The view was amazing, the location is very good for restaurants, shopping and lounging on the beach. However, the king size bed was extremely soft and lumpy.

We loved our stay!

SUPER clean room that looked just like the pictures. Very well taken care of. If you have babies finding a place with carpet is hard so we really appreciated how clean it was. Super close walk to the beach! We love low rise condominiums and this was no exception!

Great Location

This was the perfect location. Beautiful views, great for evening or daily walking. It’s only 3 levels except the top floors have an upstairs. Down fall, is that there is no elevator.

Great view, but noisy upstairs neighbors

It was a great location, but we got terrible sleep because the people above us were stomping and moving furniture up until midnight and up running and stomping at 7am every morning. We had our baby with us so it woke him up so many times. I will add this unit needs a pizza cutter added to it. It had everything else but that. The bed was super comfy and unit was clean. As far as the noise we never could get ahold of anyone and when we finally did they told us to go upstairs and handle it. Ummmm what!!!

We wouldn't visit anywhere else!

We were impressed from the moment we stepped into the unit. It was clean and absolutely beautiful! There was a nice king size bed, two bathrooms and full kitchen which we utilized quite a bit. The living room was nice and cozy with a pull out couch, love seat, four chairs and dinning table and cable tv that all look out to an incredible view of the gulf. We were right on the ocean with a private beach! Absolutely wonderful place! And would stay again!

We had trouble with the WiFi and tv not connecting that was disappointing when not at the beach.

We really like the location and the condo we stayed in A5 is really nice. This was our second time to stay in the same place. We called for maintenance and things were fixed promptly. People in office were pleasant to speak with and helpful

Tip

Everything was great about this vacation. My only minor complaint was the stove- the front right burner goes from cool to hot and no in between. You can easily burn anything if you’re not paying attention. We had plenty of towels provided and the owner was great at answering the few questions I had. The inclusion of the beach chairs and umbrella was also a great perk.

Everything was great except for noisy neighbors above us until after 1 am every night. Also, only closet available was full of stuff. We had to move rugs and tv to be able to hang clothes Enjoyed this clean and well- equipped unit.

Just Not Clean

Location can't be beat. Unfortunately, the room was a lot more "used" than the pictures indicate. The seven can lights in the kitchen flickered constantly. The carpet was very stained. The worst part was the roaches. We killed at least seven while we were there. Not surprisingly, there is a complementary ant and roach bottle in the cabinet. Have stayed in five different units in this condo over the years and hate to say we won't be back.

Great view but the place has roaches

We really wanted to like this place because of the views from the front balcony which were beautiful. However, on our first night there we noted roaches in the kitchen And living room. The king bed was very uncomfortable and felt like you are sleeping on a balloon. We complained the next day and was told the mattress was just changed in October2021 so they were not going to change it again. Looking back at the reviews there was a complaint about the same things in august 2020 and the host had responded that they had taken care of the issues with the bugs and bed and this wasn’t the case when we stayed there in august 2022.My husband ended up sleeping in the hallway bed which was a twin and 3/4th his size cause he is tall and I was sacred to have the kids sleep on the top bunk cause of the roaches in the place. Those roaches are huge too. The host put roach motels around and gave us a raid spray in case we saw more. Really horrible. They said they could bomb the place to get rid of them but I didn’t want to be doing that while my children and I were staying there . They really should have taken care of this issue. There are also no cleaning supplies that are provided. So with roaches everywhere and crumbs falling to the ground there was no way to keep the place clean. The host had provided us with a vaccum broom mop and Clorox upon request . The bathrooms are old and the bathroom closets is creepy with lots of things stored inside and unclean. Pros : the only pro, I would say was the beach is right there and they do give a free umbrella and 2 chairs . It was also nice to have a pool in the complex.

We were very happy with our stay at Crystal Villas. And would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location of the condo. We could walk to shopping and restaurants. The beach was wonderful with awesome views. The condo was very clean. The king size bed was wonderful. It was by far some of the best sleep I have had. When I reached out to management to obtain another parking pass they stopped by promptly. I would recommend Crystal Villas and would love to stay there again.

Great but some inaccuracies in post...

We stayed from Thursday Night till Sunday. Cons: pool was not heated, complimentary chairs and umbrella at the beach were only set up on the day we were leaving :( As others stated the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors... Upstairs a family with 4 kids came and constantly sounded like they were moving furniture around or playing bowling. Pros: Great views of the beach Very is close by to everything.

Perfect location with a beautiful view!

This condo is near everything! It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and steps to an amazing beach. It also has an unbeatable view! Inside the condo was cozy and had just what we needed for our stay.

Do not recommend

Property needs work. Bugs in kitchen and roaches found in bathroom. Shower clogged and bed was horrible to sleep on. Only plus is it's a small complex and great beach.

This is a perfect location and since it is only 3 stories, the beach was not crowded.

Only downside was there is no elevator and it was a little challenging loading and unloading luggage, groceries, etc.

Great Location

This was are second time staying at Crystal Villas but the first time in this unit. They have changed the pool and it is no longer covered, which was a little disappointing with a toddler, but still was fine. The unit was clean and we had no major complaints. The bathroom areas and floors could use a little love/updating but nothing that ruined the trip. (knobs missing on bathroom cabinets, stained grout) The price for this unit was cheaper than most in the property and I feel was an accurate reflection of the unit (in a good way).

Great experience!

The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was close to yummy restaurants and things to see and do. The condo view was spectacular and it was nice the chairs and umbrella were included daily with our stay.

Wonderful place to take your family for a vacation
