Exceptional LakeHouse for the Family

Our family was super excited for this LakeHouse ... and the overall experience was one of a top notch, high end, perfectly cleaned and amazing overall amenities. The open floor concept is inviting and perfect! The lake views from virtually every back of the house windows are stunning! The boat dock is upgraded and so spacious for large groups to sit out and enjoy. We were in town for our daughter's Clemson graduation ... she loved the house - the layout, the comfort ... the fun game room downstairs. The owner was easily reached within minutes for any questions. This home is an absolute gem!

Perfect!

This home is amazing! I really shouldn't tell you because it might be booked when I want to rent it again. Great space--kitchen well stocked, beds so comfortable, plenty of room, and decor is fabulous. Thanks for letting us stay!

Enchanting stay!

What a beautiful home and property. My family, a group of 9 of us plus our mini Aussie dog, rang in the new year in this perfect lakeside home. The location is perfect, secluded from any kind of hustle and bustle of town or city, but not remote and difficult to access or go out for supplies and explore. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, something I was actually a little bit concerned with since our group can tend to be a bit loud haha. Herds of beautiful deer strolled through the grounds at sunrise and sunset every day calmly eating and hanging around. And the sunrises over the lake were stunning! The house was impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed for all the meals we made. You truly can arrive and not move from the property if you don’t want to. Exploring the area and hiking trails was easy though and well worth the outings. Kim was so kind and responsive to any questions we had. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this home! Would go back in an instant. Thank you again Kim for a wonderful experience!

Perfect!

This is our third year in a row renting on Lake Hartwell and I believe we found the perfect home and spot! This home is beautiful, amazingly stocked and has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a week on the lake. We rented a boat and fished off of the dock most of the time, but as usual, did explore the local spots to eat and let the kids play. The host is very responsive and extremely reasonable - This home and host had the perfect combination to make for a perfect vacation with friends.

Weekend trip for graduation

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. We had plenty of room for a graduation luncheon with family and a few friends. The dock is roomy with a lot of seating. Beautiful views of the lake from the house. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Christmas holiday

This is a lovely property with plenty of room for a family gathering. Two levels to spread out and lots to entertain. Excellent communication with the gracious and accommodating host. My only suggestion is to share a few spare bath towels for extra convenience. We will be back!

Fun and relaxing lake getaway

What a nice retreat for our two families to enjoy as a last hoorah to summer, The home was inviting with two masters, two additional bedrooms and a great basement full of fun waiting to be had! Seating was comfortable and spacious and kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was clean and fresh and all the details were well-planned down to laundry detergent and trash bags! Thank you for thinking of all the details. The access to the large dock in the quiet cove gifted us with hours of swimming, kayaking, and watching the sunrises. With the ability to dock the boat we rented, we came home for lunch during the day which was perfect too.

Great location on Lake Hartwell. House was super clean and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen has everything you need. Would highly recommend if looking to spend time on Hartwell!

Perfect Lake House getaway

So happy we found this house and that the pictures actually represented the house accurately! This house is perfect for a large family with all ages! We had kids varying from 5-17 and they all loved it! The boat dock was nice and easy to access! The house and kitchen had everything you will need for a week! Thanks for making your home available for us to make life long memories!

Week on the water surrounded by deer

Beautifully renovated and decorated. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Plenty of space and great layout giving all privacy.

Beautiful lake house excellent for families

The property owner/manager was so quick to respond and help with everything. It's a beautiful, open floor plan lake home filled with every thing you need. There were spices, oil, aluminum foil, dish soap, etc .. Things I always bring were already stocked in the house. The only slight negative was that the larger master bedroom mattress sagged on the sides with a hump in the middle. If that were updated, the house would be perfect.

Relaxing lake house

Such a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake Hartwell. Super clean and close to the marina if looking to rental watercraft. Will definitely be back!

Hartwell fishing trip

The perfect place to stay for a trip to Hartwell. Spacious rooms and a modern, gourmet kitchen that is truly fully stocked. Minutes away from the best boat ramp on the lake. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. We'll be back!

Spring Break 2023

The house is amazing. Exactly what you see in the photos. Owner are very nice to work with and very accommodating. The dock is great nice deep water. Boat ramp is right down the road. Very convenient by boat and car. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Lakefront home

We had a Wonderful stay here. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Home was very clean. Fully Renovated with a beautiful kitchen with everything you may need. Loved the 2 master suites and the bonus playroom with bunk beds is a plus. The family of deer that walk thru the yard is a sight to marvel over. Host and property manager are easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Great lake house!

Great stay at a newly renovated house on Lake Hartwell! Everything was nice, new and fresh! Two huge master bedrooms and two other nicely appointed bedrooms, large great room open to kitchen. The kids loved the basement with ping pong and foosball and bunk beds. Right on the lake with great access to the private dock, nice porch overlooking the lake as well. Great communication with the Owner, they were accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
