From our professionally curated portfolio, BMG (BE MY GUEST) presents our newest unit at Roney Palace Condo with luxury amenities 70m2 with 1 bedroom suites & 1 full bathroom.
Located in the heart of South Beach enjoy walking distance from the cities greatest restaurants, attractions, and beach. The condo has a view overlooking the city. Luxury amenities. Kitchen fully equipped.

The location is truly enviable. Situated in Miami's most exciting area, residents have access to a wide range of world-class entertainment, shopping and dining options. With stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife and a rich culture, Miami offers a plethora of exciting activities to explore. In addition, the apartment is conveniently located near major transportation routes, making it easy to get around the city.
Also this condominium offers all the amenities and luxuries of a five-star hotel.

AMENITIES ACCESS CARDS ARE CHARGED $100 per person/per stay

The ACCESS CARD will allow you to:
- Roam freely around the building and HOTEL.
- Use elevators.
- Direct access to the beach and towel service.
- Use of the 3 main pools (1 currently under construction)
Rooftop pool NOT INCLUDED.
- Towels at the pools.

ACCESS CARDS:
- They are requested in advance , 5 office days before check-in, otherwise they will not be able to count on the cards. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.
- They are paid upon request. Cards are not issued without payment. WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
- To issue cards is needed: FULL NAME AND PHOTO (without sunglasses) of each adult +16 years old who will be staying. Kids don’t need a card.
- If you request access cards once you ARRIVE in the building or 1 DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL, you will not receive cards. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

- Gym (additional cost).
- Spa (additional cost).

- Private transfer to and from the airport (additional cost).

The building is currently under renovation. Annoying noises might be caused between 9AM and 4.30PM.
~ There are 3 main pools. One of them is under reconstruction. You can use the other 2 pools of the Hotel. (The Roof top Pool is NOT included)

Set on 600 linear feet of oceanfront, the Condominium boasts three oceanfront swimming pools and beach service. The 50,000 square-foot pool deck is elevated above ground level providing mesmerizing infinity views of the ocean. .GUEST ACCESS:ACCESS CARDS: $100 or $200 EACH PER PERSON / PER STAY.(The cost of the card will depend on the rented apartment. Access cards must be paid upon request. Once you book, info will be sent on how to request access cards. Access cards must be requested and paid for 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. If pictures are sent while you are in the building or 1 day before arrival, we will not be able to accommodate your request. No exceptions.

Access cards are $100 per person. These give you the ability to roam freely through the building and 1 Hotel, as well as access to amenities within the building:
-3 Main Pools (1 is currently under construction) - Rooftop pool NOT included
-Beach Access - receive owner rate of $10/beach chair (non-owner rate is $100/chair)
-All food & beverage venues on property (discount with access card shown)
-Spa (call/visit Spa directly for pricing)
-Gym access is additional. $35/day for guest pass
-Laundry machines (card for machine can be purchased in lobby)
-Parking on site ($18-$38 per day) - please request in advance!

Additional amenities:
-Daily cleaning (not included but can be requested for an additional fee)
-Gourmet chef service at home or frozen gourmet menu (to-go) available upon request

**NOTE**
If this is a last-minute booking, guests take the risk of not having access cards in time, restricting access from 1 Hotel amenities. Nevertheless, ALL NAMES must be sent ASAP to be registered in the Roney Palace system.
