This home is approximately a 1/2 mile bike ride or walk from beach access in the exclusive Mariner's section of Palmetto Dunes. Take advantage of the free Dunes Buggy Shuttle Service (Seasonal) an on demand shuttle that will pick you up at the residence and take you to anywhere within the Palmetto Dunes Resort. This includes the Dunes beach house for beach access as well as Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina with it's many dining options as well as shopping or enjoying the peaceful marina setting. The home features an air conditioned Carolina room, overlooking the private pool with built in Spa (Can be heated for additional fee). Relax and unwind on the backyard deck that features a propane BBQ, dining table and chairs and views of the pool, lagoon and lush private backyard. You can fish from our private dock (catch and release only), or just relax, unwind and enjoy the wildlife. Tennis, pickleball, 3 top rated golf courses, Hilton Head Outfitters, The General Store, Alexanders restaurant, Big Jim's BBQ and Woodie Wagon Food Truck are all located within the Palmetto Dunes Resort.
The living room contains a fireplace (decorative only) with a TV and all brand new furniture including a sleeper sofa and plenty of room to relax. The kitchen area is very spacious. The dining room has a table and eight chairs and views to the backyard. All three bedrooms are located on the main floor and are all equipped with brand new furnishings in addition to new bedding, pillows and mattresses! The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. Doors from the master bedroom lead to the deck with a table and chairs overlooking the pool and lagoon. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom is a child’s dream with a twin over full bunk bed. Bedrooms Two and Three have TVs and share a bathroom. Our home includes games, books and toys for young kids to enjoy. The garage includes a pool table, dart board, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and plenty of toys!
