Less than a mile from the water, Sandy Toes is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

This charming home has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Sandy Toes features a modern kitchen including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed and Smart TV.

There are two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, the other with two twins. The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet.

There is a fenced-in backyard for those bringing furry friends and there is an outdoor seating area to relax and take in the Gulf Coast breezes. We also have a Weber Kettle grill, hammock, and outdoor seating to relax & enjoy the Gulf Breezes.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

While at Sandy Toes you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy. If you enjoy tennis, there are public tennis courts an easy walk just down the street.

Lovely stay

Sandy Toes is just as described and provided a clean, homey place for us to stay while in Ocean Springs. Lovely big, fenced backyard. Quiet neighborhood close to East Beach (about 1 mile—we walked) and downtown. Davis Bayou Area of Ship Island Nat’l Seashore is less than 10 min from the house.We’d stay again.

Birthday trip

We absolutely loved Sandy Toes for our family of three. It was just the relaxing setting that we needed after a wild year. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for grilling, relaxing by the fire pit, and chilling in the hammock. Loved OS and Sandy Toes.

Nice weekend getaway

This house was perfect for my husband & I, with our two dogs. House is nicely furnished, had EVERYTHING we needed, even extra towels. We didn’t use the kitchen, but from what I saw, everything was there. The back yard was great for the dogs, lots of room to run around. Only surprise was that I expected it to be closer to the downtown area, with the restaurants & shops. Even though it’s not super far, it was about 1.5 miles, with not a great walking path, so we ended up Ubering. Wasn’t a problem, just expected it to be closer.

Perfect location for family with beautiful backyard

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. It's very close to downtown OS and some beautiful parks for the children to play. This house was spotless and owner furnished way more basic needs than a typical rental. The beds were so comfortable and bathroom had plenty of towels/washcloths. The shower had strong water pressure. The backyard is large and fenced in. A fire circle and hammock was a pleasant addition. We have family in OS so we definitely will be a return renter.

AC issue

Out stay was great. We did have a small AC issue but the property manager Chris and the owner Paula, were quick the respond and get the problem fixed. Great customer service!!!! Would definitely stay at this rental again and recommend it to family and friends.

Book it!

Just book it! I was in the fence but booked because I thought the girls would love the room with the twin beds and they did. This place is so cozy and clean. Also they provide all the little touches that really makes it convenient to stay there—ice in the trays, kids body wash, a bin of dog essentials, throw blankets, off, and laundry essentials. The kids and furbabies loved the backyard. Seriously, best booking. And the manager responds quickly and kindly.

Had 6 wonderful days in OS. The house was spotless, & the dogs loved the back yard! Bed was great in master. Slept well the whole trip & host helped me secure a golf cart that the intown rental place could not facilitate.

Ideal Location

Communication was exceptional throughout. This was our home away from home for 10 nights and we would definitely stay there again. The location is close to beach, downtown and good restaurants. The house is clean, orderly and has a very homey feel about it. Large fenced in back yard with fire pit and charcoal grill. It was perfect for us.
