Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs! This stylish 2-bedroom condo offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation, just minutes from the beach and the Entertainment District with numerous bars, shops, and restaurants.

Enjoy an open floor plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen with island seating, perfect for preparing meals when not dining at Ocean Springs hotspots.

The living room provides comfortable seating around a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a Smart TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed for guests.

The full bathroom includes a convenient shower/tub combo, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Step outside to access the shared pool (November 10 though February 28th for the Winter), and BBQ grills, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying an evening cookout. There is access to the condo’s coin-operated laundry facility on the property for guest use. Hang out on our balcony, which is ideal for watching Mardi Gras parades or the classic cars during Cruisin the Coast.

The Porter #6 now includes free use of a four-seat golf cart! Perfect for going to the beach and exploring the downtown area.

Located just minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, this condo places you right in the heart of Ocean Springs, known for its charming coastal vibes, artsy downtown, and vibrant culinary scene. We truly enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and decor was pretty. Bed was super comfortable!!! The golf cart was a real asset! So much fun and easy to get around town! Chris was very attentive with any questions we had! We hope to come back another time!!!

Very clean, cute cottage feel! King size bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to downtown and the beach. Loved it! Riding around town in the golf cart was the best.I left my iPad by mistake. Sent to me promptly in perfect condition!

Excellent location. Excellent communication with the host. He messaged as soon as we got there to let us know he was available anytime if we needed anything. That is very nice especially since we were new to the area. The chairs on the balcony were a relaxing bonus. The golf cart was perfect for us to get to all the downtown Ocean Springs has to offer. We are already looking for dates to return.

Stylish, clean, and close to historic downtown. Beautiful surroundings. Neighborhood set with well kept vintage homes and live oak and Spanish moss. Lots of shops, restaurants, and water activities within a walk. Great place to explore. All the casinos are a five minute drive if that’s your thing but out of site from Porter #6 at the same time. Ferry to Ship Island takes you to a beautiful white sand, clear water beach. Had never been to Ocean Springs, but will no doubt be going back.

Perfect Location!

We loved staying at the Porter Condos, our condo was very cozy and felt like home! Walking distance to beach and downtown ocean springs! Being in a quiet neighborhood is a huge plus when you have a 1 year old who naps during the day. Will definitely stay again!

The space is beautiful, and comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. I love the lamps and lighting options for a cozy night time vibe. The golf cart was super easy to use. Beds comfy. I’ve been traveling to ocean springs regularly and it’s worth noting that the city is very close to the train track and some spaces have loud interruptions from the train at night. That doesn’t happen here. Very calm and peaceful. My true issue was with the transparency regarding the laundry. It costs 2.75 per wash and 2.75 per dry. That’s 22 quarters per full load of laundry. Bring your own detergent. Change machine not provided on site. When I needed the use the laundry I had to drive around to 3 separate locations to find quarters and detergent. The building has a code access system. When I arrived at 8pm and again at 850 to change the laundry the door wasn’t locked. it appears that after 10pm the code auto locks. I attempted to contact the property manager multiple times through this process and each time the communication was delayed (at least 30 minutes each time) when I was locked out of the laundry that had my work clothes that I needed the next morning. They ultimately gave me an inaccurate code then failed to respond for over an hour. I was in a dark parking lot at the back of the complex alone and had to approach someone getting out of their car to ask for the code. Super unsafe. When they finally responded, they suggested pressing the pound key and shrugged.

Thank you for your stay and for the positive comments about the condo, golf cart, comfortable beds, and quiet location. We do want to clarify several points for future guests. The community laundry facilities are operated by the condominium association and are paid facilities, which is standard for many condo complexes. We do not advertise free laundry, nor do we represent that detergent, quarters, or a change machine are provided on site. Regarding the laundry room access, the code provided was accurate and functioning correctly. After multiple communications, it became apparent that the issue was not a malfunctioning code but rather a misunderstanding by the guest of how the entry system operates. Once the access instructions were followed correctly, entry was gained without any changes to the code itself. We also respectfully disagree with the characterization of the property as unsafe. The building’s access system is used successfully by residents and guests on a daily basis. At no point was access unavailable due to a property defect or incorrect information. While we understand the situation was frustrating, the review places responsibility on the property for issues that were not caused by the property, the laundry facilities, or the access system. We ask that potential future guests to read the overwhelmingly positive five star reviews we have received when making a choice to stay here.

Perfect family spring break

Listing was everything we had hoped for - accurate to the listing, clean and well maintained, beautifully updated, good amenities. The location is near everything but still quiet and peaceful. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The property was well stocked with linens and the full kitchen was great as it allowed us to cook and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

My sister and I were in Ocean Springs to bury our brother at the Biloxi National Cemetery. We love the quaintness of the town and the close proximity to Biloxi. Irvin's condo was perfect for us in that it has 2 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and bedding, a lovely living room with enough seating for 4 or 5 other friends after the service, and a perfect little kitchen with a Keurig coffee pot. The bathroom is small and not for people who need handicap-accessibility features and is not sound proof, so remember to always turn in the vent fan , but it was clean! Check-in is a breeze, Irvin and Chris respond quickly to inquiries, and the property is quiet and in a great location. The living room has a nice television, comfortable furniture (white, so not as suitable for young kids), and nice table books. There is a throw in the console cabinet and board games. Very homey. My sister and I did not use the pool because there were a lot of other condo owners using it, and we did not use the golf cart because we were unaware of a waiver form and rental fee. I requested the form but never received it by email, which was ok since we had so much going on with the funeral. My suggestion is to make sure potential renters are aware there is an extra fee for the cart and receive the form ahead of time. I slept so well every night and appreciated staying in such a perfectly cleaned unit. Thank you again, Irvin. I highly recommend this property.

Its use is included for free for guests during their entire stay. We had sent you a link for a waiver to it along with your confirmation details. Seems like you might have missed that (there are two, one for the pool and one for the golf cart). The owners live in Mississippi and recently purchased the condo to use when visiting The Coast and decided to make it a vacation rental for those wanting to stay in the heart of Ocean Springs when not using it themselves.
