There are several parking garages and privately-owned parking spaces nearby. The closest one with 24/7 security is at 450 Ocean Drive. Another recommended garage is located at 7th St and Collins Ave., an 8-minute walk from our apartment. The cost ranges from $30 to $40 per day, providing you with accessible and secure options for your vehicle during your stay.

The amenities listed for this property were inaccurate.

There was supposed to be a dishwasher. There wasn’t. A sign in the apartment further stated the dishes weren’t cleaned to Florida standards. We were hesitant to use the kitchen facilities because we didn’t feel like washing all the dishes before we used them. And we were on vacation and didn’t want to wash dishes by hand. The hallway was musty smelling when there wasn’t the odour of weed being smoked. The front door of the apartment building remained unlocked for the duration of our stay. We were told a new fridge would be delivered halfway through our stay. It was never delivered. We did realize that someone had been in our apartment the following day. We knew someone had been there because they had left a bottle of wine. There was no note explaining the visit. The unit smelled of disinfectant. And finally the air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. The only saving grace for this apartment was its location.

Quiet condo right on the strip

Spent 6 nice nights in this quiet condo right on the beautiful white sand beach. The pool area was nice, and pool was cleaned at least once while we were there. The room was clean and updated, easy check-in process and no issues. Right on Ocean Drive, two blocks from all of the hotel/restaurants, clubs, and architecture. Great time spent, would come back here in a minute.

Cute cozy spot right by the beach

We enjoyed our time here. The apartment is small (sort of a little connected circle of rooms), but has what you need for a short trip. Bed is comfortable, there’s a table for meals and the kitchen has 2 burners, pots, cutting boards, plates, bowls, cups & utensils. The pool out back is cute and private, we rarely saw people using it. Then you walk out the back gate, up a hill over a path and you’re on the beach. Lots of great food within 5-20 min walking. We used Citibikes a lot (there’s a dock 5 min walking south at a park) to explore. Excellent location for a pool/beach oriented trip

Very unhappy with this place

First of all, the property was dirty. I took pics of the ceiling fans, sprinkler pipe, baseboards, all of which had not been cleaned off or dusted in quite some time (brought to attention of owner who said he would send someone out to clean and never did). Our FOB only worked on the main door, which was left open most of the time so there was no security. The FOB did not work on the gate and door leading in and out to the pool/beach (brought to attention of owner with no response). I saw signs of a rodent in the unit (both caught a glimpse of and took pictures of a banana that had been eaten through, brought to attention of owner with no response). The water was shut off while we were there (while arguably this could have been out of the owner's hands when asked if he would reimburse us for a portion of a hotel room if we had to move to be able to shower to attend an event that night, he stopped responding to messages.) This was our honeymoon and while we had a blast in Miami, this was the worst VRBO property I've ever stayed at. I've never given a bad review on a VRBO but this one deserves it.
