Perfect location!

This was an amazing place to stay! Within minutes to RMNP and downtown, the property was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. If you are looking for a spacious family retreat, check out this home!

Very dated. Holes in drywall, screws in walls. Heat did not work but I was contacted quickly and we fixed it over the phone. Should be much less expensive

We’d also like to note that the entire upstairs was renovated just days before your arrival, including brand-new carpeting, paint, furniture, and appliances. While we’re sorry these improvements did not meet your expectations, we feel they reflect the care and investment that has gone into the home. Fantastic Stay in Grand Lake!

We had a great time at this cabin near Grand Lake! We spent our time looking at the beautiful view and enjoying the birds out on the deck. Close to town, yet secluded enough for a quiet family weekend. We even caught the 4th of July fireworks show from the deck!

Grand Lake w Kids & Granddaughter

Location very convenient to the western entrance of RMNP and to Grand Lake. Having bedrooms and baths on two separate floors was very convenient for our three-generation family stay.

Grand Lake weekend stay

My family and I enjoyed a nice stay in our VRBO in Grand Lake. The location was very convenient to town, very quiet and comfortable! We did discover when making coffee our first morning that the glass coffee pot had a crack in the bottom and leaked water. We were pleased to see that a keurig was also available!

Family and pet friendly cabin on quiet cul-de-sac

This was our second time at Peak View in the Columbine Lake community. It has plenty of space and sleeping accommodations for a family trip to Grand Lake with multiple generations/age groups. Everything you need, and nestled in a quiet outer cul-de-sac of Columbine makes it the perfect place whether you want to sit with a cup of coffee on the deck or have quick access to a more adventurous outing.

Great location

The owners we great with communication. They checked to make sure we made it ok and any troubles we had, they responded in a timely manner. They leave a clear list of things to follow when you leave, as long as you do so, there are no problems. Thanks for the wonderful stay, we will be back...

Grand Lake

House was clean and very large if you had many people to stay, it was just us two and our French Bulldog who goes everywhere with us! Grand Lake is a very friendly Dog Town! Only thing we were in search of in the house that would be nice is some tissues, and softer pillows. But the bed upstairs was very comfortable a second side table a light would have been nice but I had a head lamp for reading. Thank you!!

Family reunion

The house is good for large family groups accommodating children, teens, adults, seniors and furry grand child. There was even a horseshoe pit which is a big hit with our family. The neighborhood is quite and friendly good for walks. Far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to run quick errands and enjoy the towns rustic charm. The only down side was the blender didn't work and the light in the dinning room needed to be fixed. Overall we had a good time and Peggy was helpful and friendly!

Great cabin close to town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful extended time in this cabin. We planned for a weekend and due to the pass closing and being closed in we ended up here for 5 days. It was so easy to text the management of the condo and they graciously let us stay longer. We loved the big open floor plan and games on stock. The cabin is clean and has plenty of room. We felt at home during our stay and would definitely stay again.

Propane for grill was empty, had to call for new bottle, screen door going out to the back deck was missing handle. Looked like a new door so probably waiting on it to arrive. Other than that, it was a nice place.

The screen door was still completely usable, the owners had actually already purchased a new handle to go with the new door that was simply waiting to be installed, we just hadn't been looped in on that. I could see from the pictures that bathrooms were outdated but even the carpet needs replacing andthe deck needs attention. It would be an amazing property with some love and attention to refresh it.

Thanksgiving in Grand Lake

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visited Grand Lake for Thanksgiving with family from out of state. The location is perfect ~ easy access to the town. The home has lots of room and a big kitchen ~ I wouldn't call the kitchen 'well stocked' and we washed everything before using it. 3 of the bedrooms are on the lower floor - to consider if you have older folks along like we did. Overall the house was nice, felt pretty clean and was in a great location.

A wonderful place to stay. It was just just perfect for our family reunion.

Peggy was a delight to deal with. Whenever we had any questions she was more than happy to help. Great kitchen with a super quiet dishwasher. Windows all around create a delightful breeze while sleeping on any of the comfortable beds. A BBQ on the deck sure made for a special afternoon. We stuffed ourselves and easily took cat naps on the comfortable playpen couch in front of the TV. We all had an incredible vacation together. Don't pass over this vacation home when looking for a place to stay cause this is it! We will be back again. Thank you, Peggy.

Nice neighborhood for walking. Easy access to RMNP and Grand Lake. Only complaints: master bed could use a foam topper and you're cheap w/paper goods. I've never been a rental that didn't supply plentiful paper towels and TP!
