Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You can choose to spend the day poolside and at the condo, lounging and relaxing. Or, if you decide to take a trip to town, you are steps away from various restaurants, shops, and nightlife. And of course the beach is only a 3 minutes walk away! In this newly remodelled property, you will be sure to have an amazing, carefree time!

Welcome to your home away from home! Once you enter the condominium grounds, you will be met with an open common area with a large pool and lounge chairs, with a tropical garden surrounding it. A path will lead to your condominium. Your unit is on the first floor, allowing for easy access to the pool grounds.

Once inside your unit, you will be encountered by a newly remodelled living/dining/kitchen space. The living room is tastefully decorated and allows for families and groups to relax and unwind throughout the day. It also has a new sleeper sofa for larger groups that require additional sleeping space. The dining space is perfect for quick bites or meals and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic essentials. Off the kitchen area is the laundry space with automatic washer and dryer.

The property has 2 bedrooms. One is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom looks out to the common pool and has ample closet space. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be placed together to create a king sized bed. This unit also has ample closet space. All rooms are equipped with AC and the condo has hot water. All the things necessary for a pleasant stay here in Tamarindo!

No need for any transportation as you are literally a short walk away from all of the amenities. However, golf cart, car rentals and private shuttles are available for those who want to explore further out or just for convenience. Please contact us for reservations.

The property has some parking spots dedicated to the complex outside of the gates - they are first come first served. Otherwise, there is parking on the side of the street.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. In extenuating circumstances, it may lead to unannounced water shut offs. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
