This property is well worth every penny. Beautiful decor, great access to beach and pool, and fantastically stocked with everything needed to make your stay comfortable. BOOK IT NOW!!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a perfect stay!!

We had the best time visiting Navarre and staying in this condo for our friends/couples vacation! The place was exactly as described and clean. The closet with beach chairs and umbrellas was especially nice. The location was great and we were even able to walk to a couple restaurants. We would definitely book here again!

Awesome place and awesome owners.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay while I was here on work. Owners are super nice and very accessible if there is anything that you need. I would highly recommend!

Nice property with easy beach access (cross 1 rd) and a community pool. Property owners communicate well with quick responses to any questions.

Awesome Place

This place is great. Very well cared for and clean. Great location. Would recommend to anyone. Owner is very easy to work with and replies very quickly. Families this is the place to stay with the 3 bedrooms.

Our son's birthday trip...

This condo was very nice and only a few steps away from the beach which made it even better. The condo was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. We will be staying here again in the future.

Great place!

The condo is is a short walk (maybe 2 to 3 minutes) to the beach. It is cute and cozy. Great area too. It’s on the second floor of a 3 story building, which is great if you hate heights like me. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.

Family Vacation

Space was perfect for our family. Location was great to get to and from the beach. Use of beach chairs/beach toys were much appreciated. Plenty of towels. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Navarre Beach was a great little beach town….our family had a great time.

The condo was very nice but there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. There was sand on one if the beds but everything was lovely. There was one burner that did not work on the stove. We did enjoy our stay very much and would use the condo again if coming back to Florida

Overall I’d give 10/10. Great location, spacious enough for 8 people. Walking distance from the beach. Loved the closet full of beach gear! Would definitely book here again.

Wonderful Condo and place to stay!

I loved this Condo. We were there a year ago and had the best time. The Property Manager was more than accommodating to us and any of our needs. The condo was very clean and the condo community in general was very nice. The beach was lovely. Will be staying here again! I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family!

Family Beach Fun

This property is optimally located near the beach and close driving distance to good restaurants either in Navarre or Pensacola. We took a day trip to Destin as well. Navarre has several beach parking outlets and we enjoyed exploring up and down the beaches there and at the Gulf Dunes National Seashore. James was quick to respond to any questions. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Family Vacation

We had never been to Navarre before! It was there perfect location! Just a walk across the street to the beach! We enjoyed that Destin and Pensacola were on either side if Navarre also and took advantage of there attractions as well! The condo slept all 8 (6 adults and 2 young children) of us comfortably! The people we were in contact with for renting the place were amazing! The were quick to respond to any question we had! I would definitely recommend this place!

Good beach location

It was enjoyable. Great location to the beach. Our only complaint was the neighbors next door had a small dog that barked the entire week and would wake us up at 5:30 in the morning. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything. There was also a roach under the sink bigger than a quarter. But other than that it was fine.

This was a good location if you don’t mind not having a water front view. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. Construction to the property was a bit annoying. Could not use our balcony due to this. No good access to Bay Area. Location was close to many restaurants and other activities.

Great stay!

We just left this great vacation spot. The condo was clean and everything worked just fine for us. Can’t complain about anything! This is our first time staying in Navarre Beach as we usually stay in Sandestin area. My only wish is that they would have spray off spots either at the public areas or somewhere in the front area of the condo complex to help with the tracking of sand. We went to the next public area and not the one closest to the condo only because we found it a little less crowded. I would rent in this area again and this condo! We had a great time!

Navarre Beach July 4th Getaway

Location of condo was excellent. We would love to stay there again. Condo was close to stores and attractions. Beach was wonderful. Time flew by so fast. A few things we had issues with:. Refrigerator and freezer doors squeaked when opened, the dryer on/off switch seemed to have a short in it -- didnt always start,, the mattress in 3rd bedroom at end of hallway squeaked every time a move was made. Just thought we would bring these items to your attention.

Navarre stay

Positives: 1. Owners were quick to respond to us. 2. Floors in bedrooms are beautiful. 3. Short walk to the beach. 4. Quiet area. We loved TC's Front Porch, the Shrimp Basket, and El Patron Mexican. 2 issues that we had that were not the fault of the condo owners: there is no place to rinse off sand except in the fenced pool area. Also, shoes (nor anything else) can be left outside the door. Negatives: 1. It was very light in the mornings in all the rooms except for 1 bedroom. Blackout drapes/blinds would help. 2. The allowed air conditioner temperature setting never really cooled down the condo to a comfortable temperature.

Thank you for such a nice review. I’m not sure what temperature you set the thermostat but we did upgrade the unit. Possibly I need to update the instruction manual as I certainly do not want anyone to be uncomfortable. Some people do not consider the consequences of the thermostat being set at 68 all day long. We put blackout curtains in main living area and master but will certainly consider in the other 2 rooms as well. Some people love the natural light and some don’t. Wish there was a hose for each building but currently the only available one is at the pool area. Once again this is the result of irresponsible people leaving water running etc. So glad you enjoyed your stay!
