Dear Mark, Thank you for choosing Silver Sands and "Shamrock by the Sea" for your recent stay. We are delighted to know you enjoyed the home and it was great overall for your getaway. We do regretfully apologize you had a problem with the master toilet and the handle on the shower while here. We do strive to ensure our maintenance crew is called out for any unforeseen issues that may arise, and we appreciate you reporting the issue at hand so they could assist and take care of this for you as quickly as possible. I am truly sorry there was much traffic while you were here, along with the noise you experienced, as this is such a quaint little street where the home is located. We do wish we had known you experienced a problem with your golf cart, as we would have taken care of that right away sir.
