This jewel is literally steps from Condado Beach and much more comfortable than a two hotel rooms. this 3 bedroom apt is in the center of the best restaurants, bars, shopping and casinos. No need to rent a car, although gated parking is available. 10 minutes from Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU) and only 10 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Fully equipped modern kitchen, washer and dryer. A/C units throughout. Wi-Fi high speed internet, linens and towels are provided. Contact us anytime.

We loved staying the Da Vinci Suite 201, Alvaro was super friendly and available to answer any questions we had. The location is excellent, walking distance to everything Condado has to offer. We will def be returning there.

The kitchen had ants everywhere the entire week of our stay. We cleaned and sprayed lysol but they kept coming back. There’s also construction of a new building right outside, which is very loud so be aware of that if you don’t like being woken up early.

Perfect location to be able to walk about and explore the culture. We were provided with details on how to find the address which was helpful, however our uber driver still had difficulty. Rooms were clean and adequately stocked. Air conditioner worked nicely and each room has it's own temperature control. Plenty pillows and nicely decorated. Tip for communication, after entering the door with the code, you then you need to look for the metal box on the wall to find the key lock box to get the key for the apartment. I had no clue what the banana meant with another code. Thankfully another couple coming out pointed out the box which then everything made sense. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Shame on you - I had this reservation booked for almost a year and you had the nerve to cancel me at 3am on the same we were suppose to stay and then I had to scramble to get accommodations elsewhere for all my family. You should not be inThe VRBO program.

Our host met us and we were able to change out of travel clothes and hit beach while finishing cleaning/prep. Obviously, this place costs based on location, location, location -- it is close to the beach, Orozco's across street is excellent and convenient to rest of things we were doing (including short Uber to old town and then we scootered back).The unit is typical of being a little older and on the beach -- lighting a little too low, insulation from street noise not great, other dated things like bedding and bathrooms.But, again, it's the location close to the beach and good eats close by that made staying here a good sequi to the cruise we jumped on, and folks are looking forward to coming back to San Juan another time!

Fantastic Place

We spent one night in this condo due to coming in a day early to catch a cruise ship the next day. This condo is in walking distance from numerous restaurants, bars and the ocean. There was 6 people in our group and we were very comfortable in this spacious condo.

Condo on the strip!

We had a great time! A little confusion with the check in process, but overall had a wonderful time. If you want to be close to the beach and party at night, this is definitely the spot for you. The location reminds me of Vegas on the strip, except the fact there's a beach within steps of the property. Zesar, the property manager was amazing and he was a great help throughout our stay.

Beach Vacation

We stayed here for a vacation with a group of friends and had a great time! The location is wonderful and close to the beach. The property was clean and the photos are very accurate. The location is ideal and about a 12-15min uber to Old San Juan and a quick walk to la Placita. Communication was great with the property manager and they were responsive to all of our questions. We rented a car so we could explore El Yunque and drive around the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Not ideal for multi-generational. Good for young adults

The apartment was beat up a bit. Bathrooms are nice. Air conditioning very good. In a very loud night life and construction zone. On a main strip where youth drive thru at night blasting music. Construction workers start pounding at 6:30 am. Property manager very nice and responsive.

Had a hard time getting in because we hadn’t been sent check-in instructions but host was very responsive despite our midnight check in and once instructions were sent it was pretty easy. Once inside we had trouble connecting to WiFi but host was responsive and after a day we got a new wifi. First night sleeping a couple of us got ant bites but didn’t realize they were everywhere, in the kitchen, in the beds. We didn’t know if this was a building issue or just the climate so this wasn’t brought up but we did start noticing more cleaning issues throughout the stay. We had so body soap, there was dust and hair on several surfaces, lots of empty air fresheners just laying around, random things like a camera in the kitchen drawer, etc that made us feel like really only the beds were nicely made, and floor had been swept but a deeper clean was needed. At one point the cleaning staff also let themselves into our place without notice from the host, we got scared because she had her own key and opened the door while we were in living room. She said she had knocked but because we didn’t hear her she just let herself in to return cleaning supplies she used in another apt she cleaned. All in all, location was great, AC was wonderful, tvs in all rooms, 2 super clean bathrooms, and nice roomy space accommodated our large group nicely but there were a few kinks. Nevertheless host was responsive, provided everything you needed including beach towels which was super nice!

Perfect Birthday/Bachelorette Get Away

The property was perfect for us 10 ladies! Right by the beach, an empanada/mojito bar and nightlife! We had more than enough room. Very beautiful and spacious. Sergio was absolutely amazing with communication! There was construction going on outside on the streets but honestly if you are a heavy sleeper and have a few mojitos- Who cares! ;-) We would love to come back next year a stay!

Busy Location

Good parts and bad parts. Very close to Condado Beach. Convenient walk-up bar next door. Lively nightclub overlooking the beach - also next door. Owner was excellent at getting us a secure parking space on short notice and returning some forgotten items to one of my travel party. One of two key fobs lost signal during our stay - less than convenient. Also, did not count on the combination of traffic noise and nearby construction impacts.
