Goose Pond One - Recently renovated, Goose Pond is less than a mile from All Star Village tournaments. This immaculate offering gets rave reviews.

Goose Pond One is located on the first floor and has a rear patio overlooking an open meadow and a scenic pond that is home to many Canada Geese. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath offering has a charming welcoming décor, and will sleep 3 - 4 people. There are hardwood and tile floors in the main areas and wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms.

Guests enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer. There are 2 apartments in the building - great choice for those who wish to have private lodging but be near friends or family. Each apartment has a private entrance. There is ample off-street parking.

Perfect location

We stayed week 8 and the house was perfect for three of us, myself, my husband and daughter. Really nice with two full bathrooms, full kitchen and lovely backyard. You absolutely cannot beat the location for all star village, under a mile and a two minute drive. The hosts were wonderful.

Wonderful place to stay!

Myself, my father and my daughter stayed at this property while my son played at All Star Village. The house is within walking distance to the fields which was lovely on busy days. The home was clean and had everything we needed for the week we were there. I would highly recommend!

Perfect place for mom, dad, and little brother to stay at while big brother is playing at All Star Village!

Goose Pond One was cozy and extremely convenient to Cooperstown All Star Village (less than 5 minutes away). The outdoor patio had a beautiful view and was really nice for breakfast and a quick lunch! Kitchen had plenty of cookware. Comfy couches! Plenty of dining areas. Loved the Pin board-cool to see what other teams/states had stayed there! If our younger son plays at CASV we definitely want to stay here again!

Quiet and Convenient

Check-in easyProperty owners kindHouse clean, brightHouse is cool, need to use fansVery close to fields: not recommended to walk, especially with children under 12. Off of busy road; would need a wagon if hauling gear. Drive 1/2 mile to fields and easy access to parking lot directly across from fields. DQ nearby. Highly recommend Dazzo’s (warning )

The perfect spot!

This house was in the perfect location. Super close to ASV but tucked away on a side street with an quiet back yard and beautiful scenery. The house was the perfect size for me, my husband and 8yr old. It was super clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again!

Charming and Convenient

Goose Pond One is very charming. The house is decorated nicely and is very comfortable. There is a nice patio to sit and enjoy a meal or to just relax. It is also conveniently located close to Cooperstown Allstar Village. The easiest drive. The house is well located to town, near restaurants and close to the freeway. I would stay here again.

Cute space. Perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay here for my son’s baseball tournament at ASV. The location was close enough that I could go home in between games if need be, even walk to the fields if I had to. The house furnishings were updated since the pics for an added surprise. My son and I loved the place. And would definitely stay there again if we are ever in need for a stay in that area again.

Grandson at all star village

We came in for a week 14 to watch my grandsons team play at All Star Village. Had a great week staying at goose pond one. It was a pleasure. The house was meticulous and very comfortable. Goose pond one was very close to All-Star Village . If we ever come back, to All-Star Village We would definitely rent Goosepond one again. The owners were lovely.

Perfect stay for ASV !!

Where do I start ! This place was perfect. Initially it was going to be my husband (and I) and another dad to share the two bedroom ( the second bedroom has a twin ) but his wife ended up coming too. The dad slept on the couch and said it was a comfortable couch. (has a futon but he prefer the couch ) We liked that it has two full bathrooms so both families had their own bathroom. The master bedroom is big ! The washer and dryer is inside that bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The house has been renovated and we’re so pleased with it. One of the days we were able to bring our boys for 2 hrs after their second game. We went to Aldis in between games to get everything we needed to surprise the boys with a nice steak dinner ! They played wiffle ball while we bbq. Here comes the best part of it. We saw two deers in our yard !! We don’t see that in California!! Kids were so excited to see that. My husband and I saw deers on our last morning as we were drinking our coffee ! So pretty to see and the neighborhood is beautiful. We loved our morning walks. Let’s talk about the owners. They were so welcoming. We asked if we can check in sooner but they really tried but our place wasn’t ready , but that was ok. They did try. We asked if we can get a package delivered and they said it was fine. ( our sponsor shirts weren’t ready on time and our parent that was going to get the shirts delivered to their place didn’t allow packages to be delivered) so we were grateful we were able to get our package. The package was delayed so it came when we were at Hall of fame. I asked Bob if he can ask the upstairs neighbors to put in our back porch (we had met them ) but he said he would take care of it. 30 minutes later he sends me a picture of my package on my back porch. How sweet is that. :) Bottom line is that this place is perfect and close by to the field. It’s close to stores and restaurants. I recommend this place , you will be happy with your stay. Get ready to have the best time at ASV! Thank you Bob and Suellen for sharing your home with us baseball parents and making our experience one to remember! The trading pin cork frame was so cool. They have it in the kitchen table. We left our pin ! It was cool to see the other teams that have stayed there.
