Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We’re really glad to hear the home had everything you needed, that you loved the location and overall feel, and especially that your pup enjoyed the dog bed—that’s always a great sign! We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the indoor temperatures and the timing of the exterior work during your stay. I’m sorry that impacted your experience, especially with the disruption it caused while you were trying to relax. I’m glad to hear our team was responsive and supportive while you were there, but we understand it still wasn’t ideal. Your notes are very helpful for both future guests and our planning going forward. We’d love the opportunity to host you again under more comfortable conditions and when everything is fully quiet and finished.
