GULF FRONT HOME. To puljer.

Strand stol og paraply service i løbet af sommeren.

Tropical Dunes er et luksuriøst 5 soveværelser, 4. 5 bad professionelt indrettede Gulf Front Beach House. Det er beliggende i Fort Morgan, i det smukke "Dunes" gated community med adgang til 2 swimmingpools, træningslokale. Det varme vand i Mexicogolfen ligger kun 50 meter væk. Dette fredelige samfund grænser op til et naturreservat.

Alle faciliteter er bekvemt tæt på huset. Puljerne er 50 meter væk. Alle vil nyde den nemme strandpromenade adgang til stranden. Forældre vil sætte pris på stranden vognen vi leverer til at hjælpe med let og komfortabelt at transportere strand gear ned the boardwalk.

Familier vil have en vidunderlig tid på Tropical Dunes. Vi tilbyder flere faciliteter specielt til små børn, herunder: børnevenlige tallerkener og kopper, 2 pack-n-play, høj stol, booster seat, sikkerhedsporte, sengelister, strand legetøj, brætspil. For de ældre børn finder du også et spil system.

Hele vores fælles område kan du nyde enestående udsigt over Den Mexicanske Golf. For yderligere visning nydelse, vi leverer et 50 "LCD-tv i stuen og masser af siddepladser. I spisepladsen er der plads til 15 personer. Køkkenet er fuldt tilbehør til store grupper, der giver alle detaljer for at gøre mad til en fornøjelse.

En af de mest behagelige tider til at nyde den betagende udsigt er ved solnedgang, når vores to store overdækkede Gulf Front decks giver familie og venner det perfekte sted for en afslappende drink, mens du nyder udsigten, de varme briser, de skiftende farver i himmel og ofte muligheder for at se delfiner leger i vandet.

Efter en hel dag med smug på stranden vil komforten i vores værelser være den perfekte ramme for privatliv og afslapning. Vi har to OCEANFRONT suiter med mørklægningsgardiner for en god nats søvn. Vi har en suite på hovedplan og de andre fire ovenpå. Du vil finde tv i alle værelser. Alle vores sengetæpper er specialfremstillede. Vores sovende arrangementer er fleksible: 4 king size senge, 1 køjeseng (single over single), 1 tilpasset køjeseng (dobbelt over dronningen) og 1 dronning sovende.

Lovely view

We had a great week in this house. We had our three kids&spouses and seven grandchildren ages 2 months-7 years. The layout of the house was perfect for all of us and we really enjoyed the gulf views with the dunes in front. Accessibility to the beach was a real plus.

Family vacation

House and beach were both wonderful. Indoor/outdoor pool was good. Location was farther from town than we realized. Nearby construction made for a bit of an eyesore but obv outside the control of home owner. We had an issue with upstairs AC at check-in but Carla responded right away and had repairman over same day.

Spring Break 2023

My husband and I, along with our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren enjoyed our stay in Fort Morgan. This house was perfect for our needs. We loved the short walk to the beach and being able to use both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs according to the weather conditions.

Family time

Had a wonderful time relaxing at the beach. Home had all the kitchen supplies you could need. This is a great place to stay there were foot wash areas to clean up after being on the beach and the house was close enough to board walk that you could make as many trips back and forth from beach with little effort. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful View

We had a great time. The house is right on the beach with fantastic views. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the cleanliness could be improved upon and we had no cleaning supplies.

Tropical Dunes

House was beautiful. Great location and not crowded. Beach was gorgeous. Easy walk to the beach from the house. The only thing that disappointed us was the community pool was green and closed the whole week. This was not any fault of the homeowners.

Bastian Family Gathering - 2024

It was great to be right on the beach. Having access to a pool was nice also, but the beach was the most enjoyable. The home was perfect for us. The only thing we noticed that couldbe improved upon was that there weren't enough towels in the bathrooms for everyone. Not for the beach, but for the bathroom. We would likely do this one again some day.

Beautiful Beachfront Home

The house was beautiful, it could definitely use a deep cleaning. Alot of sand on the floors and a dust covering on everything. We were a little shocked with the smoke detectors hanging off the walls and a horrible black mold issue in the upstairs closet. Several of us had horrible itchy eyes, runny noses and sneezing. By day 2- 3 of us were living on benadryl and eye drops. I did speak to the homeowner and she was willing to send her AC guy to the house at some point that week but we were afraid to stir it up more than it already was in the home. After spending that kind of money we were all a little aggravated that we had no other option last minute but to stay.

A great vacation!

Our stay at Tropical Dunes was so enjoyable. We had a total of 7 adults and 2 children. I felt the pictures were a bit deceiving d/t the walk to the beach. Because of the dunes between the house and the ocean we had to walk down to a boardwalk that went over the dunes. This was ok but just not what we expected. We thought we were going to be right on the beach and 'yelling' distance to those next to the ocean. Everything in the house was great. Everything described that would be there pretty much was. However, there was no gas grill. We used the charcoal and that was fine with us. The tv in one of the main masters went out on Tuesday night. I emailed on Wednesday morning and it was replaced Friday afternoon. There was also food left in the pantry from previous renters. Through the very minor inconveniences this was a very nice vacation and we would probably stay there again. Tropical dunes provided the privacy we wanted. The added touch of waking up with dolphins playing in the ocean that we watched from the balcony was a nice touch. We will recommend this place to others wanting a relaxing vacation in a touristy area without the tourists!

Relaxing Beachfront Home

This property is lovely. The view from the balconies to the ocean is stellar. We enjoyed lots of mornings and nights on the porches listening to the ocean waves. We also loved the large dining table for meals with our friends and family. The shower and tub in the main suite were nice (excellent water pressure). The storage room had plenty of beach chairs, pool noodles, and beach toys. We could have probably left all of our beach toys at home and still had more than enough. 🙂 The charcoal grill was also a nice amenity. Pool access was a nice touch for those with children. The indoor/outdoor pool and pool area was well kept. The hot tub was lackluster and not as clean. The jets were weak. It was, however, nice and warm. Regarding improvements that could be made: The mattresses are uncomfortable. Lots of stiff backs and sore hips. Mattress toppers could help. The living room furniture is terribly uncomfortable. We enjoy getting cozy for movie-watching & book-reading, after a long day at the beach - Difficult to do on these painfully stiff pieces. Side note: There are many stairs which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues. Disabled or differently abled people should be aware of this prior to booking. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The host was attentive and responsive. Fort Morgan is an excellent location with beautiful beaches Many wonderful memories were made.

Great property In a good area

This property was very well kept in a very nice area. The house is fantastic & The owner is very responsive. We have stayed on the Gulf Shores beach the last few years & decided to try out Fort Morgan. We had a lot of little kids and determined that the beach wasn’t as nice as the places we have stayed on Gulf Shores. It’s also about 30 minutes from the main highway But there’s plenty of small stores along the way. Nothing but great things to say about the host and their place, I think we just prefer the gulf Shores beach for little kids.

Our house is home away from home. Because we have 2 children we thought of every detail that would make family vacation easy and headache free. We have tons of amenities for everyone, specially children. We love the fact that families are building special memories at our property. I hope yours can do the same.
