Step outside to your private courtyard retreat, where lush vines and towering palm trees create a serene, tropical atmosphere around the sparkling private pool. Ample lounge seating invites you to soak up the Florida sunshine.

This floor also includes a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed, offering separate living quarters for added privacy and convenience.

Upstairs, the spacious living area is enhanced by coastal décor and warm honey-toned flooring. Relax in comfortable seating around the large flat-screen TV, with two plush sofas and additional lounge chairs—one of which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa.

Step onto the balcony for breezy outdoor seating overlooking the pool and patio below. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts wraparound granite countertops, a large island with bar seating, and high-end appliances, making it the perfect space for gathering and entertaining.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining room offers seating for eight, surrounded by sun-filled windows that bring in natural light and beautiful outdoor views.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.
