Come enjoy a cozy studio in the heart of Breckenridge Village with beautiful views of the ski runs down Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. This studio is a perfect spot for a couple or single adventure seeker! Enjoy staying in the Village and being steps away from the lifts, restaurants, main street, and shops. Your stay includes parking for one spot as well use of the brand new gym, pool, and hot tub! The old facility was completely gutted, renovated, and just opened in February of 2022!

This studio has a full sized kitchen, gym, hot tub and pool access, and easy access to the Quicksilver ski lift at Peak 9. It has a Queen bed and a full size Sleeper Sofa. It is a studio so there is no wall between the bed and living room. This is in the heart of the Village of Breckenridge, on the 2nd highest floor (6th of 7 floors). The building has a parking garage with space for 1 car ONLY and elevators to access our floor and unit.

You are in the heart of the Village at Breckenridge! It's world renowned ski resort is at the base of your building along with hundreds of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops within walking distance. Staying here specifically here while in town will make your experience on its own. Walk to the lifts and main street.

We are surrounded by amazing food, a few of my favorites are the smoothies at Cabin Juice, sandwiches at Duggan's Deli, 'The Local' breakfast burrito from Semplice, and Acai bowls from Lolo Juice.

Breckenridge is a super walkable town. Nearly everything in downtown Breck is just a few min walk from the unit and there are several walk/bike paths to make your trip even shorter. There is also a free shuttle called the Breck Free Ride that will take you all around town as well as back and forth to various satellite parking lots. With the lifts, Village, and Main Street all within easy walking distance, odds are you won't touch your car once you've arrived. There's a free shuttle at the entrance to the Village that also gives you unlimited access to all of Summit County.
