Oceanfront Family Tybee Townhome
This stunning home is an end unit townhouse, so the direct ocean views are expansive in both directions, especially out of the primary bedroom's windows.
It's great for groups or multigenerational families. There's a studio apartment on the ground level with access through the home's attached garage. It contains a King bed and a twin bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and its own exterior door, but is still a part of the home.
Once up a flight of stairs to the main level, there's a spacious open living, dining and kitchen area-- fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. The laundry room is available for use off of the kitchen. There's also a half bath on this level. There is a pull out queen sofa available in the living room.
Up another flight of stairs there are three bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and is spacious with a dedicated desk workspace and the best ocean views on Tybee. There's an en-suite bathroom in this room.
Down the hall are two more bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full-sized day bed with pull-out twin trundle. Noise machines, box fans, and easily accessible USB/prong outlets are available to charge devices in each room.
Parking: Please see the listing photos for our parking diagram. We share our driveway with our neighbors so please ONLY use the 5 spaces we have or please park on the street if you have overflow. Please note the measurements as it's a bit tight, but we have no trouble backing in trucks or SUVs into the space between the townhouse and the fence.
Guest access
The entire townhouse, attached studio apartment, outside decks and five designated parking spots (1 in garage, 2 on side of unit, and 2 out front of unit), are available for guest access. Please do not try to walk through the dunes for beach access, but rather use the 7th street beach entrance at the foot of the driveway.
