Contemporary ground floor Ocean Front condo with patio on the ocean boardwalk. Quintessential indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Managed by seasoned 5-star Premier Partner host. Ground floor Ocean Front condo elevated above the Mission Beach boardwalk. Step right out onto your patio lounge above the boardwalk. Sleeps up to 9 comfortably in two large bedrooms and living room. Six beds in total. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The condo was just filled with new furnishings. Easily accessible by family of all ages. Main entrance with no stairs. Beach entrance with just a couple stairs. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Short walking distance to all the action yet well buffered from it. Two to three minute stroll along the boardwalk to Belmont park and all the eateries/restaurants, but private, quiet, peaceful and luminescent.

The location and view was amazing. The beds/couch/lawn furniture weren’t super comfortable, but it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Close to everything. Right on the boardwalk. All the basics were stocked. Great trip!

Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Great location on the beach, Place needs a little love, furniture is rusted and falling apart. The sliding door was very hard to open, with my bad back it made it challenging. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen lacked a few things but for the most part ok. Patio was cramped but cozy, patio couch was very uncomfortable. Beach toys offered were thrashed and not really usable.

Awesome location!

Had a great stay here. The location cannot be beat and the parking spot is a bonus. Watching the sunset from the patio was the best part of our stay. Very clean place and the beds were very comfortable.

Great beachfront property

Perfect Location

The location of this property cannot be beat. Literally on the beach and a block from the roller coaster, restaurants, and bars. The property is comfortable and clean.

Beautiful and Peaceful Setting

My family and I truly enjoyed the setting of sitting outside watching the ocean (and people watching) at all times of the day. We enjoyed going for a walk/run; and truly appreciated all the local shops and restaurants. My only complaint was struggling with the sliding door. I don’t think I would have been able to get it open without help from my husband. Other than that, we would love to return sometime in the future.

Great Location!

Place is really spacious and close to everything! Had the best time with friends... looking forward to our next visit! Would definitely recommend! (Beds super comfy, bathrooms spacious, nice kitchen & nice grill & propane firepit on deck which we're used daily!) Can't forget the beautiful sunsets!

Great Location!

Can’t beat the location if you want to be on the beach with a 2 minute walk to Belmont Park. The unit is a bit dated but the beds were decent and the AC in the main bedroom was nice and cold. Could use more hooks to hang towels and suits. Water pressure was great.

Perfect for a family on the beach.

Absolutely perfect location. Could not imagine a better one. Great setup for sleeping and cooking for a family. ON THE BEACH! Literally step off the patio onto the strand.

Great location!

Location, location, location! And what a great one! There is a lot to do within walking distance ( most of your necessities)! The owner was great to deal with. We miss our short lived “beach bum life”. What a great Honeymoon! It was wonderful!

Quick Getaway

Wanted to take the family for a quick getaway to Mission. This place was the perfect spot! Right on the beach and close to Belmonte. We had lunch and dinner right round the corner and a short jaunt to coffee. There was plenty of room for activities and conversation in the main room/kitchen. Our favorite was lighting up the firepit outside at night and listening to the waves. Could not have had a better time! Definitely going to stay here again.

Serene and A piece of Heaven

The property is nice and clean. The location is Perfect. The ocean is right outside your front window, sitting on the patio makes for perfect people watching. It is literally a quick walk down the path from Belmont Park and plemty of bars. The only draw back is the parking. If one person parks over their line it throws off all the other spots and pushes 1a into the trash cans.
