This privately owned room is non-smoking. Please treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. While we make every effort to promptly address any issues, there is no on-site resident available around the clock. Please note that resort Wi-Fi and cable are currently undergoing maintenance, and availability may be limited during your stay. We suggest using a personal internet hotspot to connect to the TV for streaming apps.

Weekend stay

Our stay was great. The location was good for the beach - there wasn’t as many people on the beach in this area. the property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had which was great. Only issue we had was that the room felt humid.

Never went inside the room never went upstairs. We they got ther the elevators was not working. The room was on the 8th floor. However communication was great. Got my refund back in a timely matter for me to get another room while there. Thank you guys.

I was just really sorry that there was no pool no gym I seen the pictures so I assumed that there was and didn't read the fine print definitely my fault was still sucked

Biildings need updated bad. The room was perfect. Sad yhing we got a parking ticket. Other than that

Stay was good. Building needs alot of upgrading. We got a parking ticket. Riom was good. Communication with the booking people and emails were gtreat. Thanks

Excellent oceanront view

Excellent oceanfront view with great kitchen and refrigerator. Two queen size beds, clean sheets and plenty of bathroom towels! Do NOT go barefoot in this room - the carpet was not vacuumed, it was filthy, the entry and bathoom floors were not mopped. At least the tub/shower, toilet and sink were clean.

Bad beds

Everything was good but the beds were the worst that I have ever slept on they were so bad that I slept on the floor to keep my back from hurting.

The worst vacation experience ever

So i can't tell you about the room because we never got in. 6pm on a Monday night in the middle of a tropical storm and nobody would call us or give us an access code to the room. Our $$ were happily taken and the deposit charged.......but no access or customer service

Fabulous!

The room was clean, comfortable with a great view of the ocean. The small print indicated no pool access, but the main description and pictures had it. A little bit confused at first, but it does NOT include the pool access. Also had an email asking for info already given. I called and they said that was fine since they had it already. So evidently they book through multiple services and the same emails to out to all. The communication with them was pleasant and they replied back quickly. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely not hesitate to use them again.

Misguided Listing

First of all the wifi does not reach the 8th floor. According to the lady at the desk this has been the case for a long time. Second, there was a mandatory evacuation with the local fire department in the middle of the night. During the evacuation the front desk did not know why the alarms were going off. The carpets in the hallway smell horrible. the whole place is much nastier than advertised on the listing. DO NOT STAY HERE! If you value your life and health stay somewhere else!

1. check in process: I understand safety and identity checks but to have to take photos of my id, my card, my signature and of myself was absurd.When my partner and I got to the “resort” we were not given the room # or code to get in. After contacting the host, I was told I didn’t complete my information. I immediately got scared because not only did I do it a day plus prior, it was 11pm and we had to get in before 12am or wait til tomorrow..Communication WAS prompt but unprofessional and unnecessary. We drove 7 hours..2. There is a very strong odor in the carpet, like dog pee or cat pee idk I’m not familiar with it. when we walked in we could smell it masked in fabuloso or pine sol. When we woke up it was even worst. The room, building is outdated and the air is sticky/humid.Didn’t walk barefoot on the carpet iykyk.The towels smelled clean but there were stains.We also couldn’t take them out the room for the beach.Be careful walking out of the building, there’s always water dripping from the building3. The view is beautiful, the tv is big and has everything you would need. 4. The freezer kept things frozen and the fridge was a great size for our left over boxes and drinks.5. We’re in great shape so when the elevator didn’t work, my partner and I had no problem going up and down 8 floors with steps and halls everyday. It wasn’t a problem but if you can’t do that, be aware. The store and parking across the street was very convenient. No pool or dining.

Sea MUST

When we arrived to the sea mist, it did not look at all like the pictures. 1st, The building was filthy. The pools were filthy and did not look like it did online. Actually, the pools were green when we got there. A filthy swap. The pools got better BUT only the ones that they actually cleaned, was pools at the building across the street. The 3 pools were filthy. By half of trip, they finally cleaned one at the ocean front building. We staying in the building that’s connected to the office building, which was an ocean front room. We were so excited to have a balcony, but we only used it the first two nights because the glass door literally fell off the track. We called big fish rentals, THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. They would only text us, absolutely unprofessional. The man came to fix the door. He was very nice. BUT WE COULDN' USE THE BALCONY ANYMORE BECAUSE WE WERE TOO SCARED TO USE IT BECAUSE THEY CHARGE SO MUCH MONEY.$50 for each hour after check out.No security deposit back if you get the smallest stain on a sheet. You’ll lose $150. $75 dollars if you don’t fix the TV setting.The fact that pest control showed up at our door to spray the room. He literally told me they come once a month. He was nice though. There were Signs on the door that said pest control was coming LITERALLY IN THE ELEVATOR. The wifi didn’t work. The parking was horrible, the parking garage smells like throw up. We are pretty sure there was puke on the bed skirt. STAY AWARE DO NOT STAY HERE
