Overall, our stay was great. The resort is on the beach and our view from the balcony was excellent. The room was a good size for the four of us, and it is well maintained. It looks exactly like the pictures. When we first arrived, there was a mistake with scheduling a housekeeper prior to our arrival. However, the owners were very quick to resolve the problem, and sent a housekeeper immediately. We went to dinner and our room was ready in less than an hour. It was spotless once we arrived back. The owners were very friendly and communicative. From then on, our stay was excellent and I would recommend.

My stay was great. Condo looks great and just as the pic online. And the view is to die for. We will be going back. They are get hosts. Go stay with them you will not regret it

6 nights in Landmark Resort

The owner was responsive but the issue I had with the key card was never resolved. Two small twin xl beds that felt worse than most sidewalks. The tv was possibly the first ever flat screen tv made. The shower curtain rod was bent and the hooks were constantly falling off. The AC had the room comfortable not cool but smelled like musty cigarettes. The walk to the parking garage was a constant nightmare that felt like a maze with no end. In summary, I’ve stayed in Myrtle beach 10 times and this was one of my poorer experiences. The room is in desperate need of TLC and upgrades. Most people in the elevator/ hallways would agree it felt run down. If you like the smell of cigarettes, weed ,and damp towels, I’d recommend it.

Great Location

The location is great. The building was unusually busy because it was bike week. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the elevators kept breaking down. This isnt a reflection on the room, there are 2 banks with 6 total elevators. It was just a minor inconveniences and the building was unusually busy because of bike week. The instructions on how to access the room and how to use the amenities were clear and accurate. My wife and i spent our anniversary over the weekend and had a great time.

Perfect Budget Friendly Beach Location

The location was clean and accommodating. We really enjoyed the immediate access to the beach and pools. The rental is pet friendly which is highly desirable, A!!!! in our books!

Economy Stay

Basic economy stay. If you love the beach and on a budget this is the place to stay especially with kids. The waterpark is great. The elevators take forever and the corridors are sweltering hot. The room itself is very small not meant for anything but sleeping. This is a basic mostly clean cheap beach stay.

Nice place

Nice room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Access to the beach took less than 5 minutes. Was clean and well supplied with bathroom and kitchenet necessities. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, but we had a hard time finding a luggage rack, and the parking garage was across the street connected by a causeway making for a long walk to get to the car. Highly recommend this rental property.
