Wonderful vacation

Perfect location. Well stocked kitchen with anything you need. The parking is tight - we had a large SUV. Really quiet at night. - we kept the doors open to hear the waves. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

The property was furnished with everything we needed, including beach supplies. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. I wasn’t sure if the fire pit was for our use or not, but that didn’t concern us. The neighbor to the north has his loud music going most of the time which is a huge turn off since we like to have the windows opened for the breeze. It was our second visit and we will most likely come back again. Thanks

While we can't control noise from neighboring properties, we understand how it can impact the experience. For future guests, we'd like to mention that the home is equipped with central HVAC, so there's no need to keep the windows open to stay comfortable. We also provide white noise machines in each bedroom, which many guests find helpful for creating a more peaceful sleeping environment. Love staying here as this is our 4 time. The kitchen had new pots and pans which was really great. The only thing needed is a new dryer as it is now leaving stain and holes in the clothing. I believe something was melted or burnt in it if you look at the vent. Staying at the beach, requires a washer dryer as the towels do not dry from moisture from the ocean. That is just the way the beaches is. Otherwise love this property will continue to stay here

Great location with excellent views through the large windows. The condo had a nice kitchen and everything needed to prepare food. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if available.

We are a family of five, and stayed from July 27, 2026 to August 1, 2026. The description of this property is accurate.It is a beautiful, spacious, modern condo right on Ocean Front Walk and Mission Beach. And very clean with a fully updated kitchen, full capacity washer and dryer in the unit, and even a private grill and fire pit.There are large windows in the main living area that face the beach and ocean, and there is also a large balcony on the side that faces the beach. The rooms were very comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and the unit was well stocked. In fact, we did not have to buy any supplies during our stay.They even provided some beach gear.Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, from the time of booking to our check-out day. The check-in process was easy, directions for parking, access codes and entry were all super easy to follow.Condo is located in a part of Mission Beach that is not super crowded, but still an easy walk to the amusement park and shops, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful time!

We’ve rented many homes in Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. This had the most beautiful views. From the furnishings, appliances, decor, etc. - all were top of the line. It was a bit windy during our stay so we spent a lot of time on the glass protected deck. We had a couple great breakfasts at World Famous and two fabulous meals at Mo’s and Eddy V’s.

We had the best vacation! Just steps away from the beach and a short walk to Belmont Park. Truly a stunning place to stay

Excellent location on the beach with a great view of the ocean. We watched surfers and dolphins every day. Condo was well appointed, perfect for our family, 4 adults and 3 children. Appreciated the boogie boards. Kitchen was well stocked and living area comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Wonderfull place

Amazing place! By far one of the best beach front places in Mission beach to stay at. It is clean, well equipped and has gorgeous views.This place checks all the boxes in our list and we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you!

We have stayed at this home for 4 summers...it is in a great location, has beautiful furnishings. The best part are the windows and side porch where you can watch the dolphins in the ocean for hours....

Beach Front Luxury

This property is top shelf, 5 star, true luxury. We were extremely pleased with all the accommodations. All of our needs and wants were satisfied and then some. The location on mission beach is perfect and the view is outstanding. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury ocean getaway.

Wow! Amazing!!

Listing was as accurate as it gets. The property is spotless and has everything you will need (plus more) on your vacation. The view of the beach is amazing and amenities near by made for an easy and accessible vacation. Easy check in and check out process. Worth every penny and plan on staying here again!

Beautiful property

Had a great time at this property. Stayed almost a week. Breathtaking views, the pictures don't do it justice. Great location for beach goers and to explore city. Extremely well stocked rental. Beautifully furnished and spacious. Expensive if you are staying for a while but worth it. Would highly recommend

The PERFECT getaway

This place was absolutely beautiful and all the amenities really blessed my family, especially with the floor to ceiling front windows and the beachfront access. My kids loved sitting in the living room and looking out the windows to find dolphins that were swimming in pods! It was a perfect getaway for me and my family! We look forward to coming back and would absolutely rebook this place.

Great view with a prime location

Great view right on the boardwalk close to Belmont park. Clean with much newer higher quality furnishings than what you will find in most rentals at Mission Beach. Property management company was easy to work with and condo was well stocked with all the basics. We have come to mission beach for many years. What we loved most about this condo- Beds, showers, level of amenities' and how updated it was. Our only drawback was wishing we could have gotten more sun from our deck.
