Welcome to the Sasquatch Lodges! Come stay with us at our comfortable, child friendly lodge located in the heart of the Art District in Gatlinburg. This property is close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This is the perfect mountain cabin getaway property for you and your group! People always say, "Location, Location, Location" and this is in the heart of the art district.

The Space:
This is three units all booked together! Yes, that's right, three kitchens and three washers and dryers - perfect for large groups. There is a both sides of a duplex and another half duplex next door in the center of the Art District in Gatlinburg. These two story units have 9 bedrooms (sleeps 21), four sleeper sofas in the living rooms (sleeps 8), and common areas (media rooms) with a full sleeper sofa and another twin sleeper sofa , and two trundles (sleeps 6). So - the unit can sleep a total of 35 people in beds! There is a game room, and there are three large decks attached to each room that look over the Great Smoky Mountains (nine decks total). The master bedrooms have their own decks, the living/ dining rooms have a deck, and the two bedrooms and the game/media rooms downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off street parking spaces per unit, and a third space per unit can be requested and approved by the Property Manager. This property has a steep driveway, so please be careful backing up or pulling in. Large vehicles will work better. There are also additional flat surface parking in the gravel lot. between the two duplexes.

Public swim time is subject to swim lessons and swim team schedules. The pool closes a half hour before the Community Center.
