Welcome to CASA ALEGRE! Our charming, family-friendly beach house has undergone a complete renovation, making it the perfect getaway for your vacation. Just a few yards away from the Gulf of Mexico, Casa Alegre offers a relaxing haven for up to 10 guests.

The home is located on a quieter street, mid-island, and kitty-corner to the Bougainvillea Public Beach access point #14. We are gulf side and less than 5 min walk to the water, 2 houses away from Gulf Blvd. We are not walking distance to large hotels, bars or tourist areas. We are a more family and beach-focused house.

In 2022, Casa Alegre underwent a complete renovation and transformation, emerging as a haven of happiness and comfort. The renovation brought about a new floor plan, fresh interior and exterior paint, revamped bathrooms, all new floors, and an inviting kitchen relocated to the second floor.

FIRST FLOOR - Tailored for Families:

Casa Alegre is a private home designed with families in mind, offering a dedicated space for kids and teenagers on the first floor. Here, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a charming kids' bedroom equipped with 2 twins and a bunk bed, a cozy family room with a full-size sleeper sofa, a desk, and a flat-panel TV. The teenagers can have their own hangout space while the adults unwind upstairs. The convenience of an ensuite-style bathroom accessible from both the mini family room and the main bedroom enhances your comfort. The first floor also features a beverage fridge, keeping refreshments chilled for the kids and teens or ready for outdoor dining.

BACKYARD:

Step into the backyard and be enchanted by the newly completed pool plus string lights adorning the balcony and pergola. Under the pergola, we have a dining area for 10. There is a 4-burner gas grill in the backyard.

IN-HOUSE WASHER/DRYER:

For added convenience, the first floor has an inside Samsung washer and dryer unit, while the garage provides a backup dryer, ideal for those washed beach towels.

SECOND FLOOR - Elevated Living

After a day of sun and adventure, the second floor welcomes you to an open-concept family, dining area, and kitchen. Revel in the spacious family room featuring a 70-inch HD Roku TV, an oversized sectional sofa, and comfortable swivel chairs. The dining table accommodates six, while the fully stocked kitchen is ready for family gatherings. A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower adds to your comfort. The secluded primary bedroom on this floor features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

INFANTS:

For families with infants, we provide a mini-crib with sheets, a standard adjustable high chair, and a pack-in-play, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

PARKING:

Parking is a breeze with room for large vehicles, SUVs, and golf carts both in the garage and the driveway.

DOG-FRIENDLY:

Yes, we're dog-friendly! 2 dogs any size but must be potty trained and never left unattended on the property unless you have crates. The backyard is fully fenced.
