Located just 3.7 miles from Wrigley Field and surrounded by parks, shops, and cafés, it’s an ideal home base for families and groups exploring the Windy City.
The home includes three upstairs bedrooms as part of the base rate: two feature queen beds and one with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top), comfortably sleeping up to four adults and two children. A Pack & Play is also available for added ease.
An optional fourth bedroom in the finished basement can be arranged with one king or two twin beds. This space is included at no charge for groups over six guests. A one-time $30 setup fee for smaller parties covers bedding and cleaning.
The home features 1.5 bathrooms, a cozy living area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a dining area—perfect for cooking and gathering.
Downstairs, the basement doubles as an entertainment zone, with a 65" HDTV, soundbar, game table, and fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi—great for streaming, remote work, or family fun.
