Interior-
The living room is equipped with plenty of seating area along with a 70" TV for entertainment. It flows seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen with ample space for preparing meals! The kitchen is fully stocked with the guest in mind, not to mention the coffee bar! Make use of the Drip, Keurig, or French Press for your morning cup of coffee.
The master bedroom, sits on the right side of the home's split floor plan. With a King size bed, desk space for any work needing to be done, and large attached bathroom with walk-in shower, this room has plenty of space to spread out. The sliding farmhouse doors add an extra touch of special to this room!
The remaining three bedroom are down the hallway to the left of the home. Two providing Queen size beds with a shared hall bathroom and one providing a King size bed with convenience of an attached half bathroom.
Not to worry about soaps, towels, and linens. We'll provide these items for you!
Exterior-
An oversized backyard provides the perfect space for relaxing by the fire or starting up a sports game. The additional garage unit offers a covered space for your next ping-pong victory!
Parking-
The home is easily accessible with a horseshoe shaped driveway. This provides enough room for 4-5 cars to be parked in front of the home. There is no area for street parking.
Keyless Entry-
Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door.

This home is in a very popular location in Wilmington, nearby to shopping and restaurants. The road connects to a large residential area and leads to easy access to main roads.
