Amazing waterfront property with boat slip and epic outdoor living space for unforgettable gatherings. Family friendly and spacious this home offers a hot tub and a SLIDE! This IS the place to come for fun! There are no other properties in the area that offer as many amenities as this TRULY FOUR SEASON destination does.

Arrive to this gated property with a 4 car covered parking area to spend time with your family and friends in this amazing area with so many things to do! Shop, Fish, Boat, Sun, Toast S'mores at the fire pit, play games, swing on the various porch swings, SLIDE into the Bayou from the high porch with the fun yellow slide.

Launch your kayak or canoe into the expansive local paddling trail system right from the lower deck! Maps can be located online at https://www.tpwd.texas.gov. This property offers boat slips as well to accommodate your personal watercraft.

Enjoy a soak in the Bullfrog HOT TUB for 4-6 adults! This area is well light and can be shaded for extra privacy. There is a fun Patio Lounge for hanging out as well.

Comfortably sleep 8 in the main house with linens and extra blow up beds on site. Multiple beds and clean bathrooms along with an extra large water heater are sure to make your stay cozy. Linens are included at this property so you feel right at home.

The kitchen and dining areas are perfect for noshing with your family. This well stocked kitchen is ready to be used. The large island and inside table seating for 8 as well as multiple outdoor dining areas are great for spending time. For outdoor grilling you will find a gas grill as well as a charcoal option. Fuel for either option are available locally; should you choose.

On shore there is a small guest house that is available for rent ONLY in addition to the main house. This area must be rented for the duration of the stay. There will not be another family on the property at the same time the main house is being rented. Please inquire about rates to include this super fun cabin in your stay.

Beautiful property

Perfect place to spend the weekend (or a week or 2). When it was raining we spent the day on the screened in porch. Would definitely visit again. Nicest property on the river available to rent.

Caddo Lake wonder

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Boys (10, 9, & 6) fished from dock catching and releasing lots of perch. Big screened in porch, hot tub and deck. We had a boat but didn’t dock our boat there. View is just beautiful. Very nice and welcoming, would definitely go back.

Disappointed

House is nice but there were a lot of dead roaches everywhere in the house, every dish we pulled out of the cabinet was dirty as there is no dishwasher. We were only left 3 small trash bags for 8 people for 4 nights there was also trash in one of the cans already,we had to buy more bags.

Lots of space on the water!

We come to Caddo every summer and this is the best house we have found for rent. The large open concept kitchen and living space is perfect for a family gathering and we enjoyed games around the large table. The outdoor decks offer spaces in the sun, shade and a screened porch. Everything was clean and in good working order. Steps to enter the water are convenient for those not wanting to slide or jump off the deck. The host responded quickly to a question we had about how to work the slide pump. Can’t wait to return next year!

My family stayed at this home last summer and loved it! We couldn’t wait to go again this summer! However, the area suffered extreme flooding before we got there. Christina was a great host and was in constant communication with us about the flooding and offered to let us reschedule or cancel. We will definitely be rescheduling!

Spring Break 2024

The property and location were fabulous. The owner was very responsive to all questions and very helpful. The property was everything advertsed and more. Even the nieghbor was super friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Fall trip

The property was just as described. The home is beautiful, with lots of room to relax at the water. The property is in a fenced compound and I felt very safe. We had a wonderful time.

Peaceful bayou setting

Lovely house, great view of the bayou, serene setting, best porch I’ve ever sat on, and I sat out there sunrise and sunset, every day! It’s fully screened in, so no bugs, and you can hear and see all kinds of birds and wildlife. Just a great location and home.

AWESOME!

Second time to stay here and it was even better than the first time! That’s a good measure to determine if a property is worth it. House was immaculate and so very perfect. My two sons and my two grandsons came with me for a long….all guy weekend. This was our second year to do this. We were able to cook, grill, fish, swim and do flips off the slide all from right there on the giant deck. Boat dock is a mere five minute ride away and the house has boat lifts. Grilled steaks and cooked full meals in the well stocked kitchen. Big canopy to park your cars under out of the heat and elements. We are bringing all three families next year. All I can say is thank you and let others know that you won’t be disappointed with this rental!!

Incredible Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time. It’s in a beautiful location and has lots of room to stretch out, read, relax and just enjoy being on the water. Everything was clean, organized and beautifully decorated. Everyone agreed the pictures don’t do it justice. The outside area was perfect. They provided games, comfortable areas to lounge and especially a latter and steps that make it easy to get in and out of the water or boat. Big plus for us! Truly enjoyed the screened in porch. Our host, Chris, was quick to reply and so nice when we had a question. We go to this area every summer and this was one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Chris!

Loved it!!

We had a great family weekend getaway, wish we would have booked for a longer stay,, it was awesome, the house was just perfect, we spent most of our time outside on the dock we brought our own boats and loved it, everything was perfect, a restaurant was just down the road and the food and service was out of this world, the owners of the house was very responsive when ask a question! Loved it!! We will definitely go back and for sure want to stay here!

Great little family reunion

We spent Memorial Day weekend here with family and we loved it. The boat traffic was heavy because of the holiday weekend, but other than that everything was fantastic. We fished, played games, swam, slid down the slide, jumped off the rope swing, sat on the screen porch and enjoyed the scenery, everyone had a great time. The house is gorgeous and so clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were all very comfy. We would definitely like to come back and will recommend this house to anyone visiting this area.

We had a great family trip to Caddo Lake. The house is in a great location, close by a restaurant and boat ramp and has a fenced in property, and if you have a boat not far from the beautiful Government ditch! We want to make a annual trip to this house every year!

Perfect Stay

All instructions were very clear before check-in. We arrived at the property around 6PM. This is one of the most well kept VRBO properties that I have stayed, very well decorated and tastefully designed. We were 9 adults and one child. We only rented the main house. It will be better if you use the air beds if you have more than 8 or 9 adults. There were 2 air beds provided. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Christina is an excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay. I have already provided the details of our stay to some of our friends as we are 100% satisfied. We will reserve it again to see the fall colors in Caddo lake if it is available. Thanks to Christina!

This EPIC home is such an amazing place to be. For family or friends, this home away from home offers so many things to do and the area is truly incredible. Hoot owls, paddling, fish jumping and all the stunning colors in the fall. The Eagles Nest is a true gem any time of year.
