Charming 2 story cabin situated right on the banks of Potter’s Point with direct lake access and a private pier extending into the water. Enjoy expansive views of the open part of Caddo Lake with quick boat access to Alligator Bayou, Government ditch, Johnson’s Marina and other Caddo landmarks. Private neighborhood boat launch is just a few houses up the street. Canoe on site for guest use along with fire pit, deck with gas grill, and private dock which extends into the water. Bring your fishing poles and your boat and get away from the busy city life while enjoying wireless internet, flat screen TV’s, a gourmet kitchen and all the amenities you could need. Best of all, enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake and its majestic cypress trees no matter where you are in this house!

Very nice beds, linens, and well-stocked kitchen. It would have been helpful to be made aware of spiral staircase that leads from master suite to kitchen, or the driveway that was too steep to drive down. Otherwise, very cute property. Beautiful views.

Super nice property. The best I've stayed at so far. The Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The property had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will be recommending this place to everyone we know and we plan to return soon.

What an amazing gem of a cabin.. fabulous views, wonderfully clean, well stocked kitchen with lovely pots, pans and utensils.Hosts were super responsive..Ive stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was definitely in my top 3

We had the BEST time! I was very impressed with the accommodations and cleanliness. Our family enjoyed fishing, the hot tub, and all of the special little amenities Bella Vista had to offer. The area is "true nature" with high-speed country roads lined with tall trees, general stores, and deer sightings right when you enter. Highly recommend a stay for anyone that's looking to disconnect - but, still have all they need to have a good time.

5 Star Review but SENIOR'S take Note...

Clean, well stocked, wonderfully peaceful, very ready response from property mgr and very easy check in. Old folks take note, may not be necessarily senior friendly. I considered the spiral stair case but didn't worry about it and it was no problem at all. Steepness of drive is not exaggerated and you should be very steady on your feet to navigate the getting up and down grades, steps. Particularly the 2 steps from the deck into the house-they are especially high steps from a very short 70 something's perspective and there is nothing to hold to to steady yourself. Also note seating and think of how and where you want to spend your time while here. If you plan to be out on the water, deck, hot tub, fire pit it's wonderful. If, however, you simply want to sit in the air-conditioning and enjoy the beautiful view your seating is pretty much limited to the couch upstairs, no ottomans. Basically, if I just wasn't old and it hadn't been raining on my very limited stay I'd have loved this-lol!!! Come if you can and enjoy:)

This property was great and we had a wonderful time. The property managers were easy to get in touch with and fantastic hosts. We had a blast fishing and just relaxing on our vacation and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing trip. It was extremely nice to have two canoes on the property to use as well. The hosts did a great job of having dishes, seasonings, condiments and other things available for their guests, which was much appreciated. Great trip overall!

Fisherman’s Paradise

Our stay was wonderful. The house is located in the ideal spot on Caddo lake. The house was very clean and communication with the host was great. I highly recommend this VRBO for an exciting and/or relaxing vacation.

Nice House and Great Location!!

My group of five adults came to Caddo for a 5-day fishing trip. This house was perfect! It was a nice central location on the lake. The house was clean and well stocked, in the beds were very comfortable. The only drawback, and it was a small thing, is that parking is very limited. The driveway is steep and there's limited parking above the house. We just left our boat trailers down at the nearby boat landing, which is allowed, and that took care of the parking issue for us. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Caddo!

Happy 80th!

Two sisters, an aunt and the matriarch that was turning 80 had a BLAST! The property was gorgeous! The house was wonderful- clean and precious and just had great vibes. The decor added to the chill vibe. So many amenities. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly with the cutest little dogs.we had a hilarious time backing out of the driveway and decided to park up top after that. The owners kept in touch and were ready to help if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!!! We can’t wait to come back, we thank you!!!.

Fantastic Waterfront Views

Such a great property! Someone really thought things through when they built it. All the common areas of the home face the lake and the view is awesome. In addition the home had so many great amenities. There are two canoes on property. We took them out each day and paddled the Caddo paddling trails. Beautiful! And having the canoes on property saved us both time and money. The kitchen is well stocked. Great deck. Just had a lot of fun and the property was at the center of it. Thanks!

Tycie’s Bach Getaway

I booked this house as a bachelorette getaway for my sister and oh my did all 8 of us girls love it! We even plan to make it a yearly getaway from now on. The house was clean and accommodated to every single need! I still can’t get over how beautiful the house and the views were. I cannot recommend this house enough! Perfect for a girls getaway, family getaway or any occasion.
