Thank you for your feedback, Joanne. We’re glad to hear you found the room clean and comfortable, but we’re sorry that some amenities were missing and that the coffee maker and dehumidifiers were not functioning properly during your stay. We also understand how the lack of maid service may have been unexpected when booking privately, and we will review how we communicate this more clearly in our listing. Your comments are very helpful and will be used to improve the guest experience. We hope we may have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
