Spacious Amelia Island Condo, Pool, Hot tub, Private Garage- Ocean Park

An ideal location on Amelia Island - just 400 steps to beach access and only two miles from charming downtown Fernandina Beach, where guests can enjoy the many great shopping and dining options.

This condo is also conveniently located next to Main Beach, offering activities such as miniature golf, a playground, a skate park, volleyball courts, and a concession stand/burger joint. Located at Main Beach, the Sandbar restaurant is within walking distance of this condo and is an excellent spot for dining on the beach.  Ocean Park is a beautiful complex that has amenities for the entire family.  Lounge around the Pool or rest in the Hot Tub.  The condo also has a private garage.   Ocean Park is a smoke-free complex, NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN CONDOS, BALCONIES, AND COMPLEX GROUNDS. Pets are not allowed. 

409 Ocean Park has a stunning top-floor ocean view from the open-concept living room, dining room & kitchen. The private balcony has 4 high-top chairs, so you can sit and enjoy the amazing views & the sound of the waves.  This 3-bedroom 2 bath condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation!

Step off the balcony and into your living room where you can sit, relax, and enjoy your 65-inch Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking desires, including your own wine fridge.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjustable mattress, TV, en-suite & closet. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed TV & closet. The Third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top with a TV & Closet.  Across the hall is the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 

The Laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer /dryer.

**Spring 2024 Ocean Park will be undergoing renovation.  Potential to noise due to the construction of the building, during your stay. Construction hours are 7 am-7 pm.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was much better than pictures and a very short walk to beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were very large. Checking in was so incredibly easy with the carts at the elevators and the parking for unloading and loading was fantastic.

Ocean Park is the best!

Every unit in Ocean Park is so beautiful. Units are spacious and clean and the pool is so nice. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, Ft Clinch, and playgrounds. Perfect for families.

Great beach stay for a girls weekend

We had a wonderful time at the property. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the downtown area. The rental had everything we could possibly need from kitchen utensils to plenty of towels

Spacious Amelia Island Condo

Beautiful condo, very well stocked. Quiet and peaceful with lovely grounds. Fourth floor is the perfect location to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. We would love to come back!

Fernandina Beach

Lovely propery. 3/2 set up great for families. Short walk to beach. Great view. Well appointed. We typically cook all meals except for few dinners and had all basics plus few extras. (could use a steamer insert) Host super responsive. Highly recommend. Would stay again.!

Love the location

We love this area of Fernandina. The condo is beautiful and well furnished. This is a repeat for us in this unit. The grounds are beautiful and properly maintained. It did seem to be a little cleaner on our last stay. Our balcony had lots of sand on it when we checked in. Our only disappointment was we had no dishwasher. They did call someone in to fix it but had to order a new one. Overall - we loved it and will return next year!

Great location and excellent property managers!

I was prepared to negatively review this property upon my arrival. HOWEVER, the complaint I reported to the property manager was taken care of immediately. I was very pleased to see the ladies at my door ready to discuss the issue and take care of the things that needed attention. Their attention set the tone for the rest of our stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The condo is roomy, within a short walk to the beach and very close to downtown. Definitely recommend!
