Great location, well stocked rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is prime location by the pool and walking distance to shops and beach. It was well stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, and ice packs for a cooler. The downside- no central AC so living area got extremely hot. Also, beds were very poor quality. Unit felt a bit rundown. Bathrooms and showers are nice though.

Good location, nice outdoor furniture, pretty views, good value, Matt at the Management company was great to work with they tended to a few issues i had with the unit immediately.

An amazing and beautiful place, at a great price. Gorgeous inner courtyard with rolling green hills, views of the sea, and pool access 10 feet away. One of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. Everything was completely clean, didn't see a single bug in the house my entire trip. Fully modern kitchen with every appliance you need. 100% better than the waaaaay over priced hotels in this area.Comes with free parking too (you should def rent a car btw; we tried walking for 2 days but its too much).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms, Wailea. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the property management staff were absolutely wonderful, before, during and after the stay.

Great location and very clean condo however the main mattress needs to be replaced it has two dents on the sides and a large hump in the middle. Not ideal for getting a good nights rest.

Great location

The unit was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed for our short stay was provided. Pool is very nice, water is warm. Easy drive to several of our favorite beaches and the Shops at Wailea.

A large move up from 902 the dump at Maui Palms

All good nicely upgraded very clean and extra things like beach chairs snorkeling gear large umbrellas. Bottom floor easy access nice space outside with nice chairs and BBQ. This place has it all!!!

Beautiful, but aging

This is our third time at Palms of Wailea and absolutely love it here! This unit needs a little TLC though with new doors/windows and patio clean up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is really good value for the money. There are a few minor downsides: no ocean view from the lanai. You have to walk a few steps onto the back lawn to see the ocean, but then the vista is spectacular. There is no central air, just a split unit in the master bedroom, but that was enough to keep things comfortable. And it's about a ten minute walk to get to the beach. But the upside is that the unit is a lot less expensive than you would pay for a place on the beach or even just an ocean view. It's a really good value for the price. The complex is quiet and well-maintained. The pool is very nice. And the location is about as good as you can get without being on the beach. We'd happily stay here again.
