Find a cozy, atmospheric space to call home at this cute cabin in Big Bear Lake, fantastically situated half a mile from the lakeshore and within walking distance of the center of town.

This single-story cabin sits only half a mile from downtown Big Bear Lake and the Big Bear Marina, allowing you to stroll to restaurants, shops, recreational outfitters, and the lake itself. You'll be less than a quarter-mile up the road from the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain, just over a mile from Ski Beach Park, less than three miles from Snow Summit, and four miles from Bear Mountain.

After a day spent out on the lake or hiking through national forest land, come home to take in a view of the pines and mountains outside on the back deck.

The interior is bright and open, offering large windows and white walls that enhance the natural lighting. Find every essential (including a gas stove) in the kitchen, sit down for homemade meals and board games at the dining room table, and spend your evenings curled up by the fireplace streaming movies on the smart TV. The two serene bedrooms are wonderfully separated for privacy on either side of the living area.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is no washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
